I went here on February 20th with 6 other friends. The ice cream was great, however, the cashiers were very unprofessional, insulted one of my friends, and hit on another. They acted more like they were at a group hangout than at work. I hope that the business sees this and acts on their employees' unprofessionalism.
Kilwins has amazing chocolate and Ice cream! With so many flavors to pick from, also it smells incredible inside, perfect for when you want a sweet treat🍨🍫

Stopped by for a treat at 7:45pm… staff was inside, they closed up the shop. Posting this at 7:50pm.
False closing times, expected the store to stay open until 9:00 as stated, but at 8:30 the store is closed. Please ensure that your hours are respected moving forward.

Great ice cream, cake, chocolate selections. They serve coffee too.
They are never open. 9:00 is not their actual closing time. Don’t ever count on it being open after 8:05.
Why are you always closed before 9:00? It’s 8:23 and you are already closed. This has happened numerous times. My son wanted to come here for a birthday treat after dinner, and he couldn’t…again.
