Tried chocolates there, they were really good. The staff is very nice, tried multiple falvors of ice cream the staff served them with smiles. The ambience is really good. Not much of seating available here other than maybe 4 tables.

Both times I went there were young people working that were not being clean. The guys were rubbing their faces and hair consisently with the gloves on! Not sure if they understand the purpose of wearing the gloves and they should really wash their hand before touching the clean gloves. Very unsanitary. Imagine paying $50 for chocolate to find a hair in it! He even put one glove on then rubbed his hands together so the clean glove and his dirty hand can touch.Wear hair nets, let customer see you wash your hands, take lessons on food sanitation, and stop touching you hair when dealing with people's food!

One of the best ice cream places for sure. My partner and I went to this place for an ice cream they have a lot of flavors but we ordered choco sundae. The quality and quantity was enough for 2 people.There are coffee options too , I guess their hot choco is famous since a lot of people ordered that. We would definitely go and try it next time and probably get some chocolates.Highly recommended for all ice cream lovers.

I went this Sunday for hot chocolate in this cold weather. I waited for the customers to be served in front of me, I spoke to an associate at 6:41 she informed they were no longer selling hot chocolate for today then stated, “The store closes at 8 but they will be closing at 7 this Sunday. I was looking forward, maybe next time.

Stopped to buy my co-workers some treats. Love the fudge but was dismayed that the clerk said I had to by a whole or half slab of fudge. I asked if I could buy a quarter portion because it was for my personal treat. He said no. I had to buy a whole or half portion. When I pointed out that there were smaller portions already cut, he informed me those portions were for samples and not for sale.The last time I visited this location I was able to purchase a smaller portion. The clerks adamant response I had to buy half a slab of fudge or a whole portion did not sit well w me at all. I even asked if I could purchase a 1/4 peanut butter fudge and 1/4 caramelSalt fudge to total a 1/2 portion he said no. Not good business practices. Not everyone wants that large of aPortion especially for just one person. I was turned off by this experience which is sad because I do love the fudge and previously was able to get a smaller portion on prior visits. Don't plan to visit again.

I tried the Carmel ice cream, and it was amazing. They give you big scoops, too. Way better than the competition of the big chains. They have multiple locations. I must be under a rock because I had never heard of them till now. Great ice cream parlor.

If there was zero stars rating, I would have selected it. Ice cream tastes mixed with soap, their chocolate and fudge is made of mostly sugar, and few other ingredients added as an afterthought. Such a let-down.
