KIMCHI RED - ALPHARETTA

I wanted to love this location but I found hair in my wing sauce. The customer service was wonderful. I just can’t stand seeing hair in my food. The chicken was good, though I wasn’t expecting the chicken to not be wings but instead ( thigh, breast, etc). The order would be enough to feed a family. Also, I tried calling but the phone is disconnected

My husband and I were unimpressed by the ordering experience as well as the food. I felt rushed by the cashier even though it was our first visit. There was barely any seating and no space to park my stroller. We wanted to dine in but the cashier was telling us it’ll be faster to order to-go. I felt we were almost forced to order to-go even though we wanted to dine in. I don’t think it’s worth the hype unfortunately.

IT WAS FIRE… I mean snow. As in we ordered the snow cheese chicken & it was fire. I’ve eaten a lot of cheese, a lot of snow, and a lot of chicken in my life but none was as fire as this. The K Mega fries were powpin!!!! I mean like look at this photo!!!!! The price was pretty high but I still LOVED the food!!!! YOU GOTTA TRY THIS!

Extremely crowded but WORTH IT. Just make sure you can handle heat, but fantastic food with HUGE portion sizes and good drink options as well!

Super small spot.. one item I had was delicious..the fries not so good... would like more drink choices.. asked for a cup of ice ..it was very tiny.

Saw Kimchi Red on IG and had to try it. We ordered the spicy Jeonju fried chicken and it was delicious! The crunch was amazing and the sauce was the perfect blend of spicy and sweet and sour. It’s a bit pricey but the portions and taste make up for it. Customer service was excellent. We explained it was our first visit and the kind lady took the time to go through the menu. I highly recommend!

We stopped here on our way from Dahlonega down to Atlanta and it was the best choice of the day. Super clean and probably every member of the staff checked in on us while eating to make sure we were happy as could be.
Intended to get the food to-go and got the food packed to-go but when we were in there, it smelled too good to not sit down and start to enjoy.
The “serves 2” is no understatement and the quality is incredible. We got the Chefs Secret boneless, medium heat and the K-Mega fries. The photo we took was an afterthought, after gorging ourselves on this tasty chicken, doesn’t do this place justice but still posting because it was so good- the pile of flavor topped on the fries could be eaten alone with a fork so overall excellent everything. Left full with good leftovers for later.
We’ll be back!

Sadly wish I could give a 0 star review. Waited an hour just to be told my food wasn't being made because they ran out. Which is weird because I asked multiple times if it was being worked on to several employees and they all said it'd be out shortly. They offered to substitue my order but I wasn't about to wait another hour for it. Awful service and they didn't even refund me the full amount they charged.

I was very satisfied with the special sauce and ideas. I was impressed by the Korean town as large as Los Angeles. It was located in a very clean new building and was delicious. I was impressed because the manager was so kind. I strongly recommend it.
