shit was ass we waited 20 minutes for one drink and the workers were taking their sweet ass time when there were like 15-20 people in line 🙄 super understaffed too

I’ve been going to this shop since 2019, and ever since they switched their management things have declined. They always seem to be lacking supplies nowadays and just seem more disorganized. Disappointed.

There seems to be new management, everything is uncoordinated and messy. There have been times where drinks on the menu haven’t been available, one time I came in and the TV menus weren’t on so I wasn’t able to properly order.

The managers just dont know how to do anything atp, The store seems empty and it looks like they're just running out of everything, Its crazy. With the old managers everything was alot faster and alot was getting done, but now its like these new managers just do nothing, Do better 😕 otherwise this location will be losing ALOT of loyal customers

A regular spot whenever we visit NP mall with kids. They maintain the quality and taste which is a good sign and recommend to people who likes the ‘boba’ tea!!

We loved this place! The service was wonderful. They were very helpful in answering questions, as the menu can be overwhelming. The level of sweetness was perfect for us. We do typically find drinks to be too sweet, but not here.
The atmosphere was clean and cute, but no seating inside since this was in a mall setting.
We would definitely come back!!

Went here on Friday in the afternoon. The Asian girl was nice and didn’t seem to give me attitude when I had stepped to the side to stare at the menu but when I was finally ready to order the black girl with the crochet bandana checking me out had a huge attitude. If you have questions or can’t decide she’d get an attitude and rush you to order. I had a question on what crystal boba was and she rudely and quickly snapped “ITS JUST CLEAR.” I messed up saying something and she just stood there staring at me wide eyed while blinking rapidly in silence (like hello?? Sorry my words got messed up ?) I realized what I said was wrong and quickly apologized and corrected myself. She was rushing me so quickly I wasn’t able to ask for a macaroon and got annoyed when I asked if she can add it after she gave me my total. Once she gave me my receipt she just angrily in silence rushed away. (My bad for asking you to do your job that YOU applied for) it wasn’t busy either, there were literally four people there which was MY group that had already ordered. I’ve worked in places like these before. Yes it can be stressful yes it can be busy and yes it’s annoying when people come in after a long day but you don’t have to be rude to someone who’s just trying to buy a product who’s not even being rude to you. If you hate it so much, quit.

went here with a friend, it was an overall good experience. there were no rude staff, at least when i was there. they were playing kpop so if you like that then it's good background music LOL

i have nothing to say it was a small boba shop i liked ??
