Kokee Tea - North Point

This location used to be great but got bad with the new owner. Long lines of people waiting 20+ minutes to order with only one person working. Menus are usually off or wrong, messed up orders, boba tea without any tea in it, tasting like sugared tap water. If your order is wrong you have another 20 minutes to get it fixed or just toss it in the trash. There's often a bad odor in the store and a stolen Target shopping cart visible in the back.

One star for falling so bad this place used to be great

Even though there isn’t much of them, they are very fast, kind, and efficient. They are able to adapt to different circumstances and make do with what they have. The girls are very nice and work well when they are together. The owners are also very nice and witty. Always come here with my daughters and they never fail to make me happy. Love to see it. Hopefully they continue to grow as a buissness and fix the minor issues soon.

Everything is slowly declining as of recently, their tvs are broken, they seem to have only like 2 people working there so they are very slow, and they can’t froth my milk like i use to ask for because their espresso machine has been broken for the past few months. Don’t know if it’s a budget thing or if they’re just not handling their buisness well. Feel bad for the teenage girls working there who basically have to run the store due to lack of coworkers. (They are very sweet and kind) If they are really hiring, i hope to see a difference soon. But anyway, i recommend the other kokee tea if you want efficiency.

best boba i’ve ever had. 10/10. i can’t even express my words on how fresh the ingredients taste and the authentic flavor of it. The staff are so sweet and kind, extremely respectful. They offered a sample one since it was our first time there. I’m genuinely just surprised how kind they were. The bobas were so cute, imprinted with a face on top as the lid. Just love this place so much would reccomend.

Nice location, nice collection of flavors and staff was helpful in making choice. We enjoyed the beverages and would definitely check it out again!!

Got the black tea honey grapefruit with honey boba and 50% sugar. Perfect sweetness, really nice boba texture, good service. Real grapefruit slices in my tea!

Too expensive, doesn't taste good, tastes too milky, would not return.

My friend highly recommended this place to me to try but when I went it was poor costumer service, matcha mix came out of fridge after being in for who knows how long in a protein shaker, was brown not green, and had a weird seaweed taste, empty even though doors were open and no staff, and the drink has separated like in the picture after only a few minutes.

shit was ass we waited 20 minutes for one drink and the workers were taking their sweet ass time when there were like 15-20 people in line 🙄 super understaffed too

I’ve been going to this shop since 2019, and ever since they switched their management things have declined. They always seem to be lacking supplies nowadays and just seem more disorganized. Disappointed.

There seems to be new management, everything is uncoordinated and messy. There have been times where drinks on the menu haven’t been available, one time I came in and the TV menus weren’t on so I wasn’t able to properly order.

The managers just dont know how to do anything atp, The store seems empty and it looks like they're just running out of everything, Its crazy. With the old managers everything was alot faster and alot was getting done, but now its like these new managers just do nothing, Do better 😕 otherwise this location will be losing ALOT of loyal customers
