Rude employees!! If you have questions or can’t decide they will get an attitude and rush you to order. Drink was trash ended up throwing it away. Wayyy too sweet….Did not taste like it does from the other location…same drink. I did not want to deal with the girls attitude otherwise I would have taken it back since it was $9!!!!!!

I ordered 6 strawberry milk bubble teas yesterday, but 4 of them spoiled within minutes of purchase. The employees at the shop were unwilling to accept responsibility or offer a replacement, and their attitude was very rude.

Service has to be a 1 star if i can put zero i would decided to stop by on break and ordered a drink. As soon as i ordered the girls began making it and stopped to look at a post on there coworkers phone all and all 3 of them stood there for about 5 minutes before proceeding to make my drink i just had a simple milk

This is my daughters' favorite place for boba. We'll use any excuse to stop here! We love Taro tea, Dream of Butterfly, Thai tea, or house milk tea all with honey boba. I also love that you can adjust the sweetness and rarely get more than half sweet, often only 25% sweet is plenty for me.

Four or five employees wandering around, place isn't busy, but it still takes a literal 10 minutes to get a glass of tea.
Stopped in for a snack and got more than I intended. This tea spot is quite unique. I’ve heard about this franchise but this was my first visit to one. The service is outstanding! I was greeted ever so warmly by the staff. Taro milk tea is my favorite so I just had to order it! The cute lil trinkets on sale stole my heart. I bought several for my nieces/nephews. I love the feel of the store. I can certainly see it as a hot spot on the weekends. If I had time/space I would have gotten a tea set. There were several on shelves. I will absolutely return. Why? Cuz ASH SAID IT! #ashsaidit

Horrible servce. After waiting half hour in line I was told that I get only one drink. My kids was in line with me all the time. They had to step out last minute,because they needed to check other store before movie starts. Was no sign or warning that one person can get only one drink. Staff members had their brake and was eating chicken nuggets right on counter where drinks made. Very unprofessional, inconsiderate.

First time trying this tea place and have read previous 1-2 stars reviews but still wanted to give it a chance. The customer service is excellent but the tea is too diluted. I had the Thai tea and I thought it was just color, water and sugar. There is no tea in the drink. It needs to improve the quality to be competitive and able to survive in this area when there are other milk tea places near by. I won’t be returning.
