Kona Grill - Alpharetta

Took almost 20 minutes to get drinks, over an hour to get food. Never got the appetizer, I wasn't charged so I guess she just never took it down and I didn't get a chance to ask about it because my waiter never came back to the table until the food came. I asked for an itemized receipt, never got it. Just a terrible experience, I won't be back.

Kona Grill offers a vibrant, highly satisfying fusion experience, blending Asian-inspired dishes with upscale American classics. We kicked off our meal with fantastic appetizers, including the light Calamari, savory KG Sliders, and the irresistible, sticky Teriyaki Sesame Chicken Wings. The absolute star of the show was the Miso-Saké Chilean Sea Bass, which was flawlessly cooked—buttery, flaky, and meltingly tender with a perfect savory-sweet glaze. To finish, the decadent, warm Butter Cake proved to be an unforgettable showstopper, though the classic Carrot Cake was also excellent. Our meal was perfectly complemented by a variety of inventive cocktails, notably the strong Espresso Martini, refreshing Watermelon Margarita, and the fun Electric Lemonade. Highly recommend for a flavorful and lively dining experience!

Great sushi, fresh & use good ingredients! Highly recommend sitting on the patio, they also have heaters. One of the best sushi I had in the area

We had a great time today at Kona Grill - Alpharetta. The service was wonderful from start to finish. Gabe took care of us and he was so awesome! For starters, we tried the pot stickers and the calamari. They were pretty good. The stars of the show were the entrees... we got the salmon, the sea bass and the macadamia nut chicken. They were all a 10/10. Would highly recommend trying any of those dishes. For dessert, we got the butter cake which was also delicious. Thanks Kona!

Food was ok, not great. However, service was exceptional! Our young server made our evening dinner a joy, even when one of our food items were not to our liking. He handled the situation like a pro!

Kona was amazing it was nicely decorated and located in the heart of the Avalon felt safe and a great place to take a date or a family even! The food was served hot with a smile from the moment I walked in I felt welcome. The manager came over and greeted us and took our order and made sure everything went smooth! I had the salmon and mashed potatoes and it came with this miso sauce that was sooooo so good I'll definitely be back. 10/10 def eat here yall!

First let me start by stating, that I truly appreciate Kona Grill for participating in honoring Veterans. When I walked into the restaurant, I was greeted immediately and was promptly taken to my table. My waitress was absolutely amazing! She was professional, attentive and friendly. She gave me some great recommendations. Her genuine care and positive energy made my first time experience enjoyable. I love the atmosphere because it provides a relaxed vibe. The music selection was great. I ordered the Surf & Turf (ribeye with grilled shrimp). The food was great and I would recommend Kona Grill.

The ambiance was incredible!! I loved every minute of my experience at Kona. The service was amazing and food came out so quick! The food itself was delicious. Everything was so fresh! My favorite part was the drinks. They taste amazing!

We LOVE Kona grill!! The food is always spectacular and the drinks are even better!! Spencer was the best server we’ve had in a long time! Definitely try the avocado egg rolls!

I wish I grabbed photos of my rolls and drinks! This will be my new lunch spot at the Avalon. I enjoyed the food, great location, reasonable wait times and friendly staff. I did visit during the week around lunch and didn't need a reservation but id recommend one for Friday - Sundays as I'm sure they're busier!
