Understanding that on Christmas Day not too many options are available, we decided to give Kona a try. First of all, kudos to the staff for working today, commendable. On to the food: tasted as it was prepared in a rush, calamari was chewy, baby back ribs we’re drowning in bbq sauce and cold, returned to have them reheated and that took too long. $385 for five people a bit overpriced, especially for the entrees. Undecided whether to give them another go during “normal” business...
Omg! The carrot cake was so delicious!! Enjoyed late night happy hour. I will return just for carrot cake! We were late dining in. The staff got us in and out before closing. Thanks for a great first experience!!
The food was so great! Even during a busy time of year, the service was fantastic. Our sever Thomas was so kind and accommodating. We had a 9 top and no details were forgotten which can sometimes be rare in restaurant settings! I will definitely be back for happy hour.
