We have been coming to this Kroger for the past three years, and this location is one of our favorites! We use the drive up order and shop in store often and they always seem to have the things I need in stock, especially when other neighboring stores are often over shopped. The staff has always been super helpful and friendly, and one of the managers, Tony, is just the best. He is always looking for a way to make his customers happy and will always stop to have a conversation to just check in on his neighbors and give back to our community. The best Kroger in town!

The gas station attendant took my last $12.00. He inputted the wrong amount of $12.02 and cancelled the transaction. He said my money will return in a couple of days. The manager of Kroeger took his side and said there is nothing he can do. The manager and the attendant blame the cashier register for taking my money and then cancelling it. I asked them if someone could fix the machine. The manager said he called IT a while ago and there is nothing he can do.Customer service is so bad. Be careful with your visa at Kroeger on Atlanta Highway

The lines are always long. Tonight there is one cashier with long lines a couple of days before Christmas. But it is like this all the time. This store is managed very poorly.

Now this is what I expect from a Kroger! We are getting cheated with the one by where we live! It is so much les then this locations. You walk in and look to the right and you are welcomed with a huge produce section. Wonderful looking fruits and veggies that like a sirens song will lure you into the depths of their waters... amazing selections of whatever you might be wanting and most likely things you didn't even know you wanted as well but will buy. To the left is a very nice flower section. Well laid out, spacious, vast and fresh. (We bought flowers for the home... just couldn't pass them up.) As my wife and I wandered around we saw a large wine section, a wide selection of cheeses, many possibilities for our charcuterie board, and just so much selection! Again what a major change from the run down rinky-dink location we live down from. This is the place to shop.., however I have to say... Kroger is not priced right! Watch the prices... I am a competitive shopper and in a lot of cases Kroger is way out of line on their pricing. The normal oxy clean was 8$ more then their competition. The kombucha drinks I buy were 1$ more each bottle. Soda is about 2-3$ more per case then the competition. Things like paper towels, toilet paper and paper plates were all more then 20% more as well! Now the selection here is great! But you can really save buy getting your staples at the competitors... be sure you Target your shopping experience to help stretch those $$$!

If your looking for a clean and and happy environment unfortunately this is not the place. As soon as I came in i saw water leaking from a kiosk and i was grossed out because i stepped in it and when I told management (Troy) he dismissed as if that leak was normal. Imagine if I was a elderly woman I could have broken something. I think talking to management just made it even worse they were rude and dismissive.

This isn't my normal grocery, but I stopped by tonight after dinner to pick up a few things. It wasn't the experience I imagine their headquarters would be proud of. Filthy bathroom. Zero carts available. Tripping hazards all over the place. Given how expensive food has gotten these days, it would be nice if companies at least put a bit of effort into the shopping experience.

I usually shop this location because I love the gourmet cheese section. I was in the store around 1:00 pm and was perusing the department. There was a woman working in the department and I was never acknowledged after being there for a least five minutes. Suddenly I hear the woman cheerfully greet another female customer, even offered the customer samples of cheese. The other woman finished up her shopping and left the department. I attempted several times to make contact with the "Cheese Master", I think her name tag said Kara Lee, but to no avail. She refused to greet or even make eye contact with me. Someone should tell Ms Cheese Master that she should greet all customers who come into her department and not just those that she deems worthy. The one star is not for the entire store- just for my experience in the cheese department.

Great store. Good staff, entertaining parking lot guy playing rap. Must be in his late 70’s

I just had an extremely bad experience with an online order from Marianos/Kroger. Their site misadvertised yogurt starter as costing $8.95 for a case containing 3 one-net ounce boxes of yogurt starter. I ordered four cases, so I should have received 12 net ounces. Instead, they only sent me four boxes of .6 net ounces each. They gave me only 20% of what I had paid for. Their customer service refused to help me at all, repeatedly telling me to contact the "seller." They had a link to the "seller" OxKom, but the link took me nowhere except to the Marianos/Kroger claim of the refund policy of the "seller," which simply does not exist. Marianos/Kroger says on its site that I can't get a refund by sending anything to Kroger. I have to send it to the "seller," which is only a dead link. Kroger charged my debit card and refuses to make good on its ad. It appears that Marianos/Kroger has some type of scam going, in which they simply rip customers off and use the lie that they aren't the seller. I actually tried to get what I had ordered, rather than a refund, but Kroger refuses to cooperate with me at all.

George, the guest service manager is a very rude, dishonest and unprofessional male that targets black female customers to harass, embarrase or enforce non policy rules. I wanted to purchase two money orders, using my debit card. George, lied and told me that the Krogers register commanded that he requests my identification, this was false. Kroger's do not have "any" policy posted for the public stating that "any" customer attempting to purchase a money order using a debit card must show their identification. George is not to be trusted. Be aware of your rights as a consumer and do not be afraid to exercise those rights when dealing with wicked employees at Krogers.

I typically don’t leave reviews but I have been absolutely stunned with how good the Kroger Bakery is. Such great quality, flavor is great, price is unbeatable and so is the time availability.Only con I have is that their filled donut that replicates a Boston Kreme is the custard/filling is the best but overall great :)

I was in this Kroger location and noticed a rat scurrying across the floor. Notified manager. He said they hadn't seen that in a while. Didn't seem like there was any sense of urgency to identify exact location or remedy situation. Come to find out from other posts this is not the first time. I will NEVER shop here again.

Upon shopping one evening I came across two giant rats. I told the employee who seemed not to care about my concern. It was as if the rats were coworkers or something. I will never shop here again.

I ordered 4 bottles of salad dressing via Kroger website to be shipped to my home. 2 of the 4 bottles broken in shipment. I asked for the broken bottles to be replaced and shipped without charge and the agent said, "our system does not provide a way to do this". So they refunded only the cost of the broken product.I submitted a complaint regarding the above and I was given a $10 credit on my 'loyalty card', however this coupon cannot be used with online orders. I was directed to go into a Krogers and I advised where I live in California and that I do not have a Krogers near me (95337 - which on my account). After a few more email exchanges I decided to call the 800 number given to me on one of my emails. The agent advised that there is no way to use the account credit online. I then explained to the agent that I don't have Krogers where I live. She advised that there was nothing that could be done, because "the system doesn't allow account credits to be used online".After extended patience, I became a bit agitated and insisted that there must be something that can be done to fix this. I don't want to pay for shipping twice - once for the original order and again for the replacement order. I suggested that since the website allows promo codes, perhaps they could give me a promo code to cover the shipping of the replacement order. After an extended hold, a 'manager' told the agent that I would be getting promo code emailed to me. I thought she said %50 on the phone - which would have covered the shipping cost for the replacement product. This coupon code ended up being 15% off promo code and only would have covered $1.65 of the $4.99 shipping cost to reship the two damaged bottles.Kroger needs to fix their system and provide a path for customer service to allow adjustments and reshipping of damaged product. This is essential if you want to have an online presence.
