This was our 1st time dining here because it's walkable for us. It was very noisy and chilly. I noticed several patrons dining in their outerwear. On to the food, 3 of the items we ordered were salty (au gratin potatoes, broccolini & Delmonico ribeye). It was a disappointing experience to say the least and we won't be back. Which is unfortunate because we travel to Birmingham frequently and we were looking forward to dining at your new restaurant there.
As always, LaPeer does not disappoint. Booked a reservation for my wife's 40th Birthday. She was greeted with a card on the table thanking us for celebrating with them and a complimentary desert to finish off the meal. Service, atmosphere and all the staff are wonderful! Cannot recommend this gem enough.
We were sat 55 minutes after the reservation time. The manager did comp a round of drinks at the bar, but for a restaurant that charges a cancellation fee, they need to do a better job managing the reservations. Food was great.
We had a reservation and arrived early. We watched other couples arrive after us and be seated before. We waited about 20 mins. Food and service were great! However, don't nickel and dime me- it feels cheap. We were charged for extra dipping toasts (literally 1/2 a slice of bread). We spent $250/ there were two of us- you couldn't just add the toast without a charge??? They also charge for olives for a martini??? Great food and service but I won't be surprised if they charged for the napkins next!
Our appetizer (shrimp on sourdough toast) was far too salty. We mentioned to our server, and she apologized. A $25 appetizer which we ate less than half.
Love this place! Staff is great and the Chef is excellent. Food is phenomenal! Bar is great place to meet and grab a drink.
One of our favorite spots in Alpharetta. 1/10 bad food experience on the steak, but this rarely happens. Recommended.
The shrimp toast appetizer was delicious! Definitely worth the awards it's won! Our food, dessert, and service were all outstanding! Highly recommend! Plus I love the area of Main Street Alpharetta.
We went for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was truly an awesome experience. From the food to the service it was so great, Kylee was an amazing server and took such great care of us, we will be back!!

I can highly recommend this experience. Being that it was our first time at the restaurant, we were excited to have a 5pm reservation to enjoy the atmosphere and have a wonderful Anniversary celebration! The Waiter, George was superb and guided us thru some wonderful choices on the menu. Strongly encourage the Shrimp Toast and Calamari!!! The wonderful surprise at the end of our meal was welcomed immensely. Dark Chocolate Cake!! We can't wait to come back with our friends! ONE hiccup thru the experience was that we arrived 10 minutes before our reservation and was told that they couldn't seat us yet. The Hostess more or less told us to come back at 5pm. We almost didn't come back. BUT, we did!
One of the best restaurants in the area! Chef Ollie is just amazing!! Can’t wait to come back.

Had dinner at Lapeer right after work. Although it was considered "happy hour," there weren't any noticeable discounts on food or drinks. We started with calamari and their famous shrimp toast for appetizers. The calamari was delicious, but the shrimp toast was "meh" at best. While the shrimp was cooked perfectly and the toast was excellent, the sauce covering it all was a bit overwhelming. For entrees we had the burger...and again, it was the sauce that knocked it down a few pegs. The burger itself was very tasty, but the au jus made the bottom bun way too soggy. If I order it in the future, I'll definitely ask them to hold the au jus. We also tried the lobster pasta, which was good, not great. I will say that the service was fantastic...we sat at the bar to eat and had great interactions with the bartending team. The drinks were exceptional, but way overpriced. (An extra $2 charge for adding olives to martinis? C'mon, man...) All in all, this was a mix of great service and average food at premium prices.
