This was our first time here and it was so good! We had the sweetest waitress and the manager (I believe) also came to our table and greeted us. She even gave us a free appetizer! The food was excellent, we’ll definitely be back!

Service is in consistent as well as the food. We had a reservation on Saturday night and still had to wait 20 minutes with the restaurant half empty. My wife has tried to get the chicken pot pie but no matter what time or day of the week they are sold out after 5 PM. I guess it is only a lunch item. We keep hoping they will get better but it’s not happening. We are finally giving up on Lazy Dog in Alpharetta.

We were to lazy dog for a birthday party. Taylor was our server and she was excellent. The firecracker shrimp was amazing. We got the trout, green beans and substituted the potatoes for mashed cauliflower. All excellent.Dietary restrictions: I am pre diabetic so I substituted mashed cauliflower for the potatoes.

Great place and multiple food options that are not your local pub and restuarant. Full bar and local beer selections,

Great place to have a good meal and some beers. Nice covered outside area and the service was great. Was also within close walking distance of my hotel.

It was acceptable. I feel like it was a great execution on the build. The menu was extensive and maybe that was the problem. I am more of a small menu better quality experience. I was not too happy with the wait staff as we had to wait a considerable time just to get our beers. The fire pit not working was a real bummer. That was mainly the reason we went. Love the dog friendliness though.

The worst experience I had in a restaurant!!!We went to lazy dog in a group of 12 people, our first time, for a birthday celebration. Unfortunately I have food allergies and specifically asked questions about certain food ingredients and if they could make sure was no nuts in it, I order a salad, in 2 bites of it I started getting a allergic reaction my face turn red and my body was itching. I asked the waitress if accidently they have put any nuts in, she told me no and brought the manager. His first question to me was "are you sure is not the drink you are having it?" The entire table looked at him with a question, and he continued to not take my allergic reaction seriously. I was very fortunate that I did need medical attention, but was very upset on their response to my well-being caused by their mistakes. Definitely never will come back. And if you have food allergies, please be ware as they can care less about it.Dietary restrictions: Nutt Allergies

First time here, looked good online but food was average. Atmosphere was good, really nice modern casual. No issues with service. Just disappointed with the quality of the food since the menu looked so good.

This is a great place for groups and for families as well as a great value! Love the lunch special half sandwich or soup and salad for $9!! Big enough to share for two and the fries are some of the best in town! Peach sangria is fun, especially for $5 on weekend brunch menu. Great diverse American menu!Parking: So many stores around this restaurant that parking can be challenging at timesKid-friendliness: Can accommodate children with seats as well as menuWheelchair accessibility: Very open space and staff accommodates handicap people beautifully!

Fairly forgettable experience, unfortunately. I've been at another Lazy Dog previously, which was pretty good, but got some reason this location clearly missed the mark.We waited for a good 10 mins after being seated for someone to come ask what we would like for drinks. Given the delay, we went ahead and ordered everything at one go.We waited for much longer while some other tables around us that arrived after getting served but once our good was served, wasn't hot. Guessing they forgot to bring it out on time. Mac and cheese certainly needed some cheese but overall, food was just not that great for some reason - flavorless probably the best way to describe.Wanted some hot sauce or any sauce, but no one available to ask. Disappointing.

This was a nice Sunday post church brunch experience. Although it wasn't perfect, this is a solid addition to the area. The Good:Service, ambiance, food, and value were all consistent and good. The menu was also modern and diverse. My sons Pancake tacos were the hit if the table. The Challenges:The chicken in the sweet and spicy chicken rice bowl I got was fried. I try not to eat fried food and it did not tell me that on the menu. I unfortunately was not thrilled with my meal, and would not order that again. It's pretty clear this restaurant is built to get food out quick which may affect the quality a little. The long and short of it is, we'll be back, but will ask more questions.
