I choose to eat here for the first time for my birthday and during my visit, there was a ROACH crawling on the wall behind me! We were moved to another table, but what shocked me was that an employee came out into the restaurant and started spraying roach spray right there in the dining room while people were eating. I understand pests can happen, but the way this was handled was extremely unprofessional and concerning. What made it worse was that nothing was offered to make up for the situation, no comped item, no discount, not even a sincere apology. The reality is, I could have easily taken a photo or video of this encounter and ruined the reputation of the entire establishment. Instead, I simply left disappointed. Not what I expected for a birthday dinner. A small gesture of accountability from management could have prevented that and shown respect for customers. I hope the restaurant takes sanitation and guest experience more seriously moving forward, because this left me with no confidence in dining here ever again.

George was the best server we’ve had in so long. We came here for our “last date” before getting married later this weekend and got so lucky to have George. Huge fan of Lily Sushi Bar’s food but an even bigger fan of the amazing service here.

We made reservations and showed up early and asked if a table was available. The hostess said the wait would be 40 minutes but she would call us if a table became available earlier. Never got a call. We came back back 40 minutes later and there were 4 tables available and clean!!! The food and servers are all great but the hostess doesn’t handle her job well at all.

I sometimes come here for lunch and ITS THE BEST. From the food to the waitresses. Everything is spot on. I love the cozy feel of the place and I can’t get over how sweet and caring everyone is there. They are truly great at hospitality and the food is delicious. Fresh cuts. Quality. What more could you ask for!
