Little Caesars Pizza

When I got to the store to pick up my food, an item from the over stuffed drawer fell on the floor. I told the kid at the register, and he forced to pay for another order if I wanted it replaced. This is absurd.

The “hot and ready” has false advertising with this location. I stopped in 4 different times and never is there a pizza available. On the fourth time, I knew as soon as walked in. It was going to be the same. I asked the kid behind the counter why they don’t prep pizzas in advance anymore, and he said he “didn’t know but they just don’t do it.”

We grab a pizza and an order of Italian bread almost every Friday. This time when we got home with our order, I realized that the Italian cheesy bread was actually not the right item. No big deal, right? It’s now 8 pm. I’m at home with the kids and I’m not going back out into freezing temps and crazy evening traffic. So I call and simply ask for some type of credit to get what we ordered the next time we come. Manager response: “No we can’t give you a credit because the pepperoni pizza was correct so it was only partially wrong. You can come in right now and get the right thing.” Smh. 😒 No thanks. I’m good. Costco pizza will suit us fine next Friday. Customer service is EVERYTHING.

I always come to this location. The pizzas that come out of this store are always hot and fresh. You can tell the employees here care about what leaves the oven.. A+

August 27 and they are worse than ever before..... Never have i seen the pizza be hot and ready waiting. There is always a minimum 7 minute wait. If you order online it's still late by 5-7 minutes. The staff has minimal English speaking skills. F

Called to order over the phone was told order would be ready in 10 min. Got there order wasn’t ready was told another 10 minutes smh older woman who doesn’t speak English brought out a pizza instead of cheese bread I tried telling her I didn’t order the pizza she continued to ring it up smh my advice to this establishment hire some one who speaks ENGLISH or fluent with language and understands what their customer is saying. I shouldn’t have to go through this when being a customer I will not return

The fact that I can count the amount of pepperoni on this pizza is unacceptable. I paid $18 for this pizza, I’m not coming back.
