We always enjoy a meal at this location. The menu has variety for non-steak lovers, but their steaks are cooked to perfection. I personally enjoy the filet, cooked medium. Very tasty! The loaded sweet potato is like having dessert with the meal. And their salads are excellent. Highly recommend Longhorn’s.

I always love going to Longhorn. The prices are reasonable, the food that I have (steak, of course) is always very good. I love that the restaurant is not huge, so always has a cozy, homey feel. I‘ve only had to wait a couple of times for a table or booth, and then not very long. It’s almost like I’ve found someplace special that no one else knows about. Everything about it is wonderful.

Our visit to LongHorn Steakhouse was a disaster from start to finish. We waited over an hour for our food, and when it finally arrived, the steaks were cold. On top of that, they got the doneness completely wrong—our kids’ steaks were supposed to be medium but came out rare. That’s completely unacceptable, especially for a family restaurant.
The service was just as bad. We had to wait 20 minutes just to get a drink refill, and the whole place felt disorganized. The staff didn’t seem to care about fixing anything, which made the experience even more frustrating.
We will NEVER go to LongHorn again. If you’re looking for good food and decent service, this is NOT the place.

12/29/24 Came here after my Grandson & his Fiance got married & the waiter was top notch & tended to us exceptionally. The food was perfect & on point. Back to what I have come to wxpect from Longhorn!!
4/8/23 I came in this time expecting the same food like last time & boy was I dissappointed. We ordered 2 Longhorn steaks, medium well, what we got was, one that was almost med well & one that was very rare, the potatoes tasted & looked liked wallpaper paste, I tried putting butter, salt & pepper but nothing unstiffened them or made them taste any better. I ordered a side of grilled onions & got onions that were mushy, old & very greasy, about 2 tsp's full, enough for a couple of bites with the steak. The waitress asked how everything was & I told her, she said she could put the steak back on the grill, but It was very busy & I didn't want to wait any longer, so I told her it was not necessary. The waitress was fantastic, made the best Arnold Palmer I had tasted in a long time.
Now, I just happened to go to the Longhorn on Mansell last week & ordered the same exact meal & what I got was spot on for the steak, over 1/2 cup of fresh grilled onions that actually covered the whole steak & potatoes that actually tasted like real mashed potatoes, I didn't have to do anything to them!!
Last Year I was not in a good mood wen I got here, but my server (which I wish I could remember his name) was so nice & really made me comfortable & wen I left, I was in such a better mood. He was attentive, but no where near overwhelming or ignoring me. I really appreciated his empathy. Thank you & the food was absolutely fantastic & he even remembered how I originally asked for wen I came in & ordered a coke with cherries & the cherry juice, not grenadine & a lime & b4 I left he made it in a 2go cup!! Kudos 4 a great server!!
