The timed play cards don’t accrue tickets. If you’re expecting to be able to play and get a prize then I would avoid getting a timed card.
The service was good, and upon seeing our crying daughter the guy at the counter did end up giving us tickets. The employees seem great, the policies seem scuffed.
The pizza is just okay, definitely no better than Chuck E. Cheese.

So we wanted to do something different because we always go to Dave & Buster's, so we decided to try Main Event instead. We instantly regretted it. A lot of the games are broken. Literally a couple games took our credits and didn't do anything. Some of the games didn't even give us tickets. The gravity rope was closed. We Wanted to try the food, but when we got to the restaurant section, all the tables were dirty, there was no waiter in sight and one guy seemed like he didn't even want to serve us when we did see somebody walk by. Eventually we just got up and left.

This was my first time coming and I Promise I will definitely be returning!!!!! The pizza was so good that I ordered two of them!!¡!! The drink's were Boss's!!!!!!!!!! I love the Main Event!!!!!!!!! You have to come visit these ladies and gentlemen!!!!!!!!!!! Tell them that Elisa from Enterprise Huddle House sent you!!!! I promise you won't regret it!!!!! Tiara and Team was amazing!!!!!!!!

Don't waste your money on arcade games here. Half of them don't work but will steal your game credits anyway. Vr headsets won't track correctly. Don't even come.

If I could give the service 1 star I would. Ordered fries that took over 20 minutes to get, then waited for 10 more minutes later on to get a icee because the employee was no where to be found.
