Right from the sales person to the event host and finally kitchen, everywhere I felt racial vibe. Two days before the event, I went to the sales office of Main Event Alpharetta and asked about food supplies for the guests. Spoke for 10 minutes, no one asked to take a seat. On the day of the event, we arrived an hour early. I've asked at check-in desk about where to keep the cake I was carrying in my hand. They said it's outside our policy. One employee said he could take care of it, but left for some other work. The host only showed up at the start of the event. Didn't have enough time to place my additional food orders since I had to receive my guests at the same time. At the bowling alley, kids and adults asked for water...when asked, kitchen employee said they would charge about $4 per cup of water. At the start of cake&food part of the event, the host/employee very rudely asked all the adults to step out so that she could take a count of the kids. When I went to ask for more party platters after I had paid for the check, I was told that since they cashed me out, they could not take any such platter orders. I had to buy a-la-carte orders at the restaurant counter. And our plight with water continued. One good-at-heart employee spared a few cups for adult guests to have coke or water. The count of cups was way less than number of adult guests. Only kids were given drinking cups. Overall I had bad experience at Main Event Alpharetta. Will not arrange any party here again or recommend others to host a party at this venue (Main Event Alpharetta).

We got in and the front desk clerk just didnt look like he knew what he was doing. We spent almost $100 on the arcade and come to find out almost everything was broken. We asked about the possibility of a refund since the business was incompetent by selling $100 worth of tickets and failing to mention over half of the games didn't work. They told us due to policies arcade points cant be refunded. We did what we could so we didn't waste money, but we will not be returning and sharing our experience since they want to charge for entertainment they don't have.

Honestly it was ok, we took our daughter to play games and have a great time . It was her birthday celebration . Some of the machines not working properly, we slide the card turn green but then the games it wouldn’t work . Thats taking advantage of the customers. ….I feel like the WHOLE customer service is ok.. it seems like the individuals who working there doesn’t really care or happy or smile or engaged with customers .. … this is the place to have a great time, being energetic and smile .. being involved…. The atmosphere is not uplifting…... Would I go back ? Not really… do I recommend the place? No… ..

We’re in town for our family reunion and decided to go to Main Event. The kids decided to do Laser Tag and one of our littles didn’t meet the hight requirements, and Mrs.Cynthia who works at Main Event made sure my little human still had fun!

We hosted a birthday party for our son, Alex the host tried his best but there were multiple technical difficulties with bowling lanes and overall the experience was pathetic and not worth the money.
