If I could put negative stars I would. This place gave me horrid experience. The portions were tiny. I asked respectfully to put a little more lo mein, but the lady put only 2 noodles more. The food was dry and no flavour, you can only taste bread. I felt really sick after eating in this particular place.

Tried Fire Cracker Shrimp: Shrimp was over-breaded and over-cooked. Entire meal was more cold than warm. Medium drink was full of ice with a cup-size of soda.Panda Express would have been a better buy. What a waste in money.Signed Regretfully yours

This location inside the mall close kitchen more than 1 hour before closing time. We were here 2 days and they said the kitchenClose at 6pm. Do not stop there

It’s 4pm, I just came from JC Penny getting my hair done. Stopped by one restaurant couldn’t order due to bad service so I came here, one guy ahead of me ok cool. I get to order and I ask the girl if it was possible to get some fresh food, how long has this food been out. She said it’s not old, ok what’s not old? Why can’t I just get fresh food? Can your customer service be worse? I asked a question cause the food looked dried out and most places will give you fresh food! The girl at the counter just keep saying it’s not old it’s not old! I just took my food and left! I honestly wanted to give it right back and get a full refund cause what’s the problem??? If you can’t run a business with respect just close up shop then you won’t have to deal with customers
Food was okay, the hispanic lady servinv the food. She seen me standing there to order and she walked away didn't even say hello to me! She also had a attitude and barely gave me any meat! I know the shrimp has an up charge which I was okay with ,but she was so mean about how she said it. Hope she finds happiness and learns how to smile!!

Today FRIDAY, APRIL 7 2023..we decided to visit for the first time North Point Mall for some food at the food court....very sad to say...Terrible, we, me and my husband, ordered 3 item combo... look at the picture. Barely any meat protein in it. She knew what she was doing too. It's as easy as : NEVER COMING BACK. And this is suppose to be a "good, nice mall" yeah sure. (NOT AT ALL) ?I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING FROM MANDARIN EXPRESS.
