We love Maple Street, I was expected about this location too. Service was good, staff was great! Atmosphere was great too! However my sweet grace waffle did not come out as expected. It was burnt.

Perfectly acceptable bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit but didn't redefine the breakfast biscuit or anything. Have certainly had better examples of southern biscuits

So this was my second time here and again I have a problem with the food. Got the waffles with choc chip and strawberries. Waffle was overcooked and only got one strawberry for my 4 qtrs of waffle. It was a carry out order…the black gentleman up front with the long hair (didn’t get a name) was the best part. Exceptional customer service! Ty for that bud

This place is curious to me because of its prices. The biscuits are good, but they only serve “fancy” biscuits of $10+. They used to have “retro” biscuits for like $6 that were like a regular biscuit you would find in a southern restaurant.
I suppose if you want an expensive and pretty good biscuit, this is your place. But biscuits themselves aren’t very expensive so they end up putting a bunch of stuff on there that I’d rather just not have. I wish they had simpler menu items.
The people are friendly and the space is nice. I like their coffee.
Edit: I did ask your team about the "retro" biscuits and they didn't know what the specific biscuits or how to price them. They did know they were once on the menu, just not what they were or how to sell them to me. Comically, they also couldn't define what "retro" means other than saying "you know, they are retro... retro" Good news though is that CFA chicken biscuits are up to $5 now, so soon this place will be normal pricing.

We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for 2 biscuits on a Sunday morning. It was $30 for both and a drink. The food pickup system was wildly chaotic. When they finally called our name, our order was cold and incorrect. Because of everyone hoarding the pickup area waiting on orders that I’m sure were taking forever as well, I couldn’t even get to the counter to tell them out order was wrong. We wanted to like this but for the price, service, chaotic atmosphere it was a total miss. Maybe they aren’t used to being that busy, but either way we won’t return.

Great food and staff. I wish they had a mic to announce your favorite crush, had no idea my food was waiting because I couldn't hear them.

Stupid slow service. 30+ minutes to get our food. Severely understaffed. Cashier making lattes is ridiculous. Priority is takeout. Small portions. We won't back.

Restaurantji Recommends
why is it so hard to find this place?? I’ve tried to find it on two separate occasions to no avail. I don’t understand.
The biscuits & gravy are made perfectly!! The gravy is thick and has a little kick to it. 5 stars, definitely recommend!

Made a visit for my dad's birthday. The manager went above and beyond to surprise my dad with a birthday treat. Staff was very friendly, clean restaurant, and yummy food of course. Would def recommend!

Good biscuits. I was in recently with my daughter and niece. My daughter and I both got 'The Squawking Goat'. I wish I had taken a picture because there was a distinctive difference in size for each of our biscuits and chicken. The girls hat for me to take pics of our food but I wish I had as it demonstrates a lack of some consistency in the kitchen. They were still good and tasted as expected. My niece enjoyed her breakfast bowl as well. The toffee latte is far too sweet. I ended up having to put some black coffee in it to make it less so.
