Ordered from Macro’s this evening, ordered on line. Then called because I order thin and that only comes cut in squares, was on hold for more than 20 minutes and asked for a traditional cut, was told “yes’m I have that down”.
In my order I requested Parmesan packets with my order, again I ordered online so this was all written down.
Pizza arrived over 20 minutes late, no Parmesan packets and guess, guess what else.

1st time ordering at Marco’s - and the pizza is undercooked and the dough is raw. Won’t be eating Marco’s again.
Ordered online to my office Bc me and another coworker were both too slammed to leave the office. Order time was 45 min — typical, understandable, not a big deal. The delivery driver called and said he was on the way. Asked where he’s bringing the order... well, the address i gave you. So i told him if he types the address in the gps, it brings him straight here. He asked what apt complex.
