Purchased a Philly Cheesesteak Bowl and Lemon Pepper Wings. Both were overcooked and the wings had so much lemon peeler salt, I had to rinse them with water. The amount of lemon pepper salt thrown on these wings are ridiculous.

I ordered a pizza with light cheese and received the exact opposite — a pizza absolutely smothered in cheese, with a disgusting, greasy cheese blob right in the center. It was so heavy and oily that every time we pulled a slice, it dragged half the toppings off with it. It was a mess. On top of that, they included a 2-liter soda that was expired. Seriously? That’s unacceptable. Between the quality of the food and the expired drink, this place clearly doesn’t care about customer experience or basic standards.

I have been to this Marco's multiple times, both for delivery and for pick-up, and had a terrible experience every single time. I love Marco's and this one is truly the worst. The food is often cold, the service is nasty. No one smiles and everyone is extremely cheap and stingy, like for example not even offering red pepper or parmesan packets, and making you feel guilty for asking. They don't put a lot of toppings, and stand there like they are doing you a favor. The driver who was 45 minutes late was unapologetic, and when you call them they are rude — the list goes on and on. Just avoid this location!

The service is horrible I don’t post about restaurants because i own a restaurant And I know staff sometimes could ruin your business, but I’m pretty sure this staff member is part of ownership of this business did a online order I order a two topping pizza online paid for it by mistake I didn’t put I wanted half pepperoni sausage and the other 1/2 double pepperoni I told the lady before she made it and she refused to do the double pepperoni on the other half and was very rude even though I paid for 2 toppings she refused to make a simple correction and this is not the first time I have had a issue at this location and I have given them chances but never again!!!!

Long time Marcos customer. I’ve lived in several areas with them, but this location is by far the worst I’ve ever ordered from. Not only are they consistently late delivering , but the food is awful. I’m not sure what the hell they are doing here, but everyone needs to be fired. Please bring in new management.

Very rude. Ordered pizza in advance for delivery at a specific time. They were still almost an hour late and the food was cold. The lady on the phone was never honest about the delivery time Ad kept telling me it was 5 minutes away.
