Very rude. Ordered pizza in advance for delivery at a specific time. They were still almost an hour late and the food was cold. The lady on the phone was never honest about the delivery time Ad kept telling me it was 5 minutes away.

I specifically called and asked them after making the online order to make sure the pizza was well done. My pizza was very undercooked when I got it. When I called to tell them about their error, they claimed that by the time I called the pizza was already done by the time I called them the first time. So this not a proper excuse. You could have checked after the pizza came out of the oven to check if the pizza was well done not but you guys didn't even do that. Either you don't understand the english language well or are too lazy or didn't care. Please stick to making chapati and curry. Making Italian pizza is not what you are good at. The Marco's on Abbotts Rd in Johns creek is two miles away and their employees are not rude.

Prakryphi did an amazing job completing our large order. This was a last minute request for over 50 people and although this task can be very daunting to some she pulled it off flawlessly; not to mention there was a previous order that was just as large. At one point she was the only person in the store and she skillfully managed to box our entire order while simultaneously answering the phone and tending to other customers. She was so sweet the entire time and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This level of professionalism and kindness made my day as well as exceeded every expectation for this event! 10/10 fully recommend this establishment and Prakryphi's service.

I ordered a pizza and despite a text message stating it was delivered I didn’t receive my pizza. I called the Alpharetta Marcos and fully explained what happened. She told me to wait 10 minutes. The pizza never showed up and after that I couldn’t get anyone to pick up the phone. I got a message from Marco’s (assume regional) and they said they would look into it. I’ve not heard back from anyone.

1st time ordering from this particular Marco's. I hadn't ate they're pizza since South Carolina 2016. I usually eat Your Pie but I was craving Big & greasy. Ordered online. Pizza arrived super fast. However my Door dash driver was a bit slow finding my apt. The pizza was still hot & perfect. Just what I was craving. It even clean me out the very next morning, as if I took a laxative.
