I went to ask for sauces at the front counter and two people were working for the window for the drive through. Which, I understand you are busy, but I said “Excuse me?” loudly and clearly a couple of times, and I was ignored. All they had to do was say “I will get someone to help you in a moment.” Then someone came to help me and I said that to that person that the people did not respond to me, and I was told that they are working the window. I felt dismissed for valid concerns. And, by no means is it acceptable to ignore a customer. They could really use a button for people who need help at the front counter. Do better!

Great service. Fast. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. I haven’t had a double cheeseburger from McDonald’s taste this good in a very long time. If I didn’t live so far away, this would be my new favorite McDonald’s.

I ordered Uber eats from here and inside the sealed bag, one of the boxes for my 20 piece of nuggets came with only 4 nuggets and an open sauce like it was someone’s trash from their tray that got reused or something. Absolutely nasty dude. Picture shows how it came in the bag. I know driver didn’t do it, because it was sealed. So it was put into my bag like this at McDonald’s.

This location is the worst location I’ve ever been to it is actually sad how bad the service is here. Every time you order something through the drive through they are always late to giving you your food and the food is made poorly and at most times is just straight up cold. And don’t even get me started on the lady who runs the drive through intercom she has such an attitude and always acts like she hates her job! 0/10 McDonald’s

Located in Windward and the place is clean always. There is a kids play area too, you can sit and enjoy your coffee/meal while your kid(s) are playing. (although their coffee machine is broken mostly). There is no vegetarian friendly food here. Service is fast and staff is quite helpful.
I don't know if the window server was training, or what, but I had to wait a long time at the window as cars were backing up behind me, plus another car had pulled forward waiting for theirs. Order mixed up twice, and food was COLD. Very surprised, never had problems before. Hopefully, he was just training.

We come here often to have a place for the kids to play indoors on cold days. Staff is friendly and inside eating area is clean. Playground heat did not seem to be working for the last few visits so it is colder than the main area.
