The staff were absolutely RUDE. “I said you need to hold on” and stopping my order midway through to take another patrons order was appalling. I was passed between 2 people at the drive thru order mic. RIDICULOUS

I’ve been here on two different occasions in the morning and have encountered a rude older lady in the drive thru window taking payments. All I ask is to add sauce to my breakfast sandwich and you would think I’m asking her to take her first born child. At the end of the day people can customize whatever they want and while it may be frustrating to have to go back to the kitchen or whatever you have to do, don’t take it out on the customer or even show them that you’re frustrated. It’s not great customer service at all and I don’t understand the uproar. It’s a fast food restaurant. Treat people how you want to be treated. Simple.

Came in with a friend paying separately I paid with a credit card at the kiosk and was served within a few minutes. Ok friend needed to pay I. Cash. Waited at the front for 15 minutes before being able to flag someone down. Was then told “ I can’t help you. We’re busy today.” I spoke up and said, “Hey look we’re in a bit of a rush but you guys have focused on nothing but drive through for the past 29 minutes no one up front has been helped.” The response was a shrug and a “Sucks for you guys I guess. Not much I can do.” There’s another McDonalds a few miles down the road. I’ll be driving to that location from now on. Took 1 hour for us to get served in total. Only three people were dining in. Drive thru line had 2-3 cars in length half the time, empty the other half.
