We are not happy with the French fries. There was lot of little pieces of fries compared to larger ones what we usually receive. When I raised this concern with the staff, I was told that these are frozen fries and nothing to do with that.
However, as a customer, I believe satisfaction should be a highest priority. We expect consistent quality and portion sizes when we order. I hope you can look into this matter and improve the service.

i was the first car in the drive thru and only got 2 meals and 2 other items, i asked a lady with lip piercing for sauce and only gave me 1 so i asked her if i could possibly pay for more cause it was a big order, she got mad and kept going back and forth with me and said there was 2 other cars behind me and to move forward and to go back in line just for SAUCE. im very disappointed in this kind if service

Today is Saturday and the restaurant closes at 12:00 PM. But they locked the doors at 11:00 AM. All McDonald's stores do the same thing over and over. You have no standards whatsoever.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Oswaldo Barroeta at the McDonald’s. His customer service is truly exceptional. He is always kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about meeting customer needs. Oswaldo pays close attention to details, communicates clearly, and consistently goes the extra mile to make sure everything is right. Every time I’m helped by him, he makes my day better. FRAUD ALERT! THEY ARE CAPTURING CARD NUMBERS AND SELLING IT! Some may ask well how do I know. CAUSE I DO! Because I'm always particular on watching where I use my card and plus who handles it. This is the 2nd time in ALPHARETTA my cards been compromised.

On 1/15 at 8:20 am I handed my Visa card to the lady at the drive thur to pay for my order breakfast. I thought it was odd that she didn't let me tap my card myself. TIP: MAKE IT A RULE NOT AN OPTION So, I was like maybe because it's cold outside. NEGATIVE! Tell me why UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES started coming in from MERCEDES INVESTMENT $2848 and AT&T $948.81. I'm mad because I work and the SCAMMER DON'T! YES, I BACK TO THIS LOCATION AND SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER ANTWAN which was nice but I'm unsure if he knows the severity of what I was explaining. I will be calling Corp as well. The MORAL OF THE STORY: USE CASH!

Clean and somewhat quick if you're used to using the smartphone app. I like talking to order takers... so the whole touch screen thing seems very impersonal. It's like Ole' Rick Springfield's song Human Touch. We all need/like the human touch!

This has to be one of the weakest McDonald’s locations in the North Atlanta area. Service is consistently slow and inattentive, even when the restaurant isn’t busy. Orders feel like an afterthought rather than a process.
On top of that, they nickel-and-dime customers by charging for extra barbecue or ranch to dip nuggets—petty pricing that clashes with the brand’s whole value proposition. The soft-drink situation is equally frustrating: the self-serve machine is often down, forcing customers to ask for refills, which only compounds the slow service problem.
McDonald’s succeeds when it’s fast, predictable, and cheap. This location manages to miss all three. Among nearby options, it’s easily one of the worst-performing McDonald’s in the area.
If you want it harsher, funnier, or trimmed to fit Google’s character sweet spot, say the word.
