I waited 15+ minutes for my food when there was one other car in line and the inside was empty. I was asked to pull into a drive thru spot and when I finally got my food I was missing the sauces I had asked for and two of my burgers. The worker went back inside to get the missing items and never came back. I had to go inside to get my missing food. I’ve never had to do this at any McDonald’s ever.

Very efficient drive through. Personable, polite, friendly young men at both windows. I ordered two cheeseburgers. They were neatly assembled and wrapped, nice and hot, but with absolutely no onions, catsup, or mustard.

Seems so bizarre to give McDonald's in general 4 stores, but people let me tell you why.
1. This pumpkin spice iced latte with an extra shot of espresso for $4 blows my mind. It's velvety delicious, and I was mad the first time I ordered a small and have been ordering medium since.
2. LOW CARB Carnivore I love ordering their beef patties with cheese, so delicious and I had a steak patty for the first time in over a decade, I'm not sure if those are low carb but it's worth looking into because yum.
I'm please with McDonald's right now in general but I wish they would lean into more low carb options, especially to replace the fries 🍟 If they would apply the same enthusiasm in their intention to make money with carbs into low carb meat based options outside of highly processed rabbit food and also they should pack the low burgers in non toxic paper wraps instead of plastic, that would be helpful.
Off to go look into these steak patties 😋

I ordered a Chicken Big Mac Combo in the drive through. I got to my destination ten minutes away and op-ed the box and found a beef patty Big Mac. I tried calling the number on the receipt and it just goes to fax. I had to throw the sandwich away because beef makes me sick. Don’t go here if you expect your order to be accurately filled.

Wife went through drive-thru to order after a long day out with our little one - simple kids meal. Came home to feed our toddler to find that it was missing the fries, apple slices & toy - just had the chicken nuggets & juice box. Called the store # 3 times with no answer.
This is one of the McDonald's I go to all the time for years and I must say 7 out of 10 visits the service and food is spot on. I can say this is the most consistent McDonald's I go to in all of Georgia my hats go off to the Spanish ladies and gentlemen who managed the drive-thru the kitchen and the lobbies. My orders are always a little complex so I really don't get upset when they don't make it right. But this McDonald's just gets it right majority of the time so much I have to give them 5 stars.

When visiting the drive through I was basily screamed at by the woman taking my order and was treated like I was not a customer but a inconvenience through the whole process untill agye my payment was made and went to the next window to get my food. Told the nice guy at thw pick up window how I was treated and he apologized on his co workers behalf and I'm willing to bet it's not the first or last time he will have to do so.....won't be returning to this location again. Customers should be treated with respect and not like an inconvenience. If you have your job so much find a new one lives to short to live it in misery. I just wish everyone treated others how they want to be treated. Maybe then we can have peace on ?
