That rude kid they have working the front is incompetent. He got our order wrong and then got an attitude with us when we asked him to correct it. Then when we reported his attitude to another employee she rolled her eyes at us. Horrible customer service!

I ordered a quarter pounder meal and a $5.99 20 piece nugget coupon on the app. It charged me the total price but didn’t put the order through or give me an order number. When I went inside to ask the elderly woman at the register who works at the arnold mill road location about it, she was extremely unhelpful, disrespectful, condescending, and flat out rude. she raised her voice at me and slammed her fist on the register out of rage. She would not help me get my correct order for the price that I paid, so I just paid $16 for a quarter pounder.

I waited 15+ minutes for my food when there was one other car in line and the inside was empty. I was asked to pull into a drive thru spot and when I finally got my food I was missing the sauces I had asked for and two of my burgers. The worker went back inside to get the missing items and never came back. I had to go inside to get my missing food. I’ve never had to do this at any McDonald’s ever.

Very efficient drive through. Personable, polite, friendly young men at both windows. I ordered two cheeseburgers. They were neatly assembled and wrapped, nice and hot, but with absolutely no onions, catsup, or mustard.

Seems so bizarre to give McDonald's in general 4 stores, but people let me tell you why.
1. This pumpkin spice iced latte with an extra shot of espresso for $4 blows my mind. It's velvety delicious, and I was mad the first time I ordered a small and have been ordering medium since.
2. LOW CARB Carnivore I love ordering their beef patties with cheese, so delicious and I had a steak patty for the first time in over a decade, I'm not sure if those are low carb but it's worth looking into because yum.
I'm please with McDonald's right now in general but I wish they would lean into more low carb options, especially to replace the fries 🍟 If they would apply the same enthusiasm in their intention to make money with carbs into low carb meat based options outside of highly processed rabbit food and also they should pack the low burgers in non toxic paper wraps instead of plastic, that would be helpful.
Off to go look into these steak patties 😋

I ordered a Chicken Big Mac Combo in the drive through. I got to my destination ten minutes away and op-ed the box and found a beef patty Big Mac. I tried calling the number on the receipt and it just goes to fax. I had to throw the sandwich away because beef makes me sick. Don’t go here if you expect your order to be accurately filled.
