I bought a quarter pounder a bit ago and it was raw. I ate half of it before I realized. And now I am sick to my stomach. Will never go again.

The place was clean. Staff was friendly. But the drive through screens were off. Only 2 tables occupied, couple of cars in the parking lot. My tame out order was served pretty quick but no napkins and no condiments. Only ketchup is in a tray to be picked. You need to request napkins. They are all in the kitchen.

Went through the drive through and the order was right on the screen and then wrong handed out on both orders. Drinks wrong, went inside to correct and get the correct bevs and everything was flat and out of flavor. All pissy and eyed us on the way out, hit a Wendy’s.

We came in to eat and the lady in the front was being rude because my DEAF friend could not respond to her speaking to him. She was trying to talk to him while standing no were near him and got irritated. Work on your customer service because that is unacceptable.

Absolutely do not eat here. The entire place smells strongly of bad oil. Whatever they use to fry the fries and chicken has an awful smell. My kids and I couldn’t even taste the food because of the odor. Also, I told the cashier that I was buying a kids’ meal just for the toy and they said okay, but when I received the meal, there was no toy. When I went back to ask, they said they were out of toys. When I said, ‘Then why did you sell it to me? I asked you beforehand,’ I was laughed at and rudely told, ‘I just found out now too.

The guy at the ordering window doesn’t know anything about what they serve at McDonald’s and it’s sad! Someone needs to help him or they need to move him off the drive through window
That rude kid they have working the front is incompetent. He got our order wrong and then got an attitude with us when we asked him to correct it. Then when we reported his attitude to another employee she rolled her eyes at us. Horrible customer service!

I ordered a quarter pounder meal and a $5.99 20 piece nugget coupon on the app. It charged me the total price but didn’t put the order through or give me an order number. When I went inside to ask the elderly woman at the register who works at the arnold mill road location about it, she was extremely unhelpful, disrespectful, condescending, and flat out rude. she raised her voice at me and slammed her fist on the register out of rage. She would not help me get my correct order for the price that I paid, so I just paid $16 for a quarter pounder.
