I don’t expect much, if at all, on the rare occasions I visit McDonalds. But when I walk up and all I have is cash ATM, I number 1 don’t wanna be treated differently. At a MCDONALDS , I waited 20 minutes for my order. At which point I walked up and asked where my order was… they didn’t apologize, they just made it in 2 minutes and shoved it my way. Not, sorry, no responsibility for their actions. Just a bunch of people who should not be in CS. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonalds

Douglas, the store manager was horrible. He did not help me. I was missing food out of my order and he made me pay for it again the next day when I asked for replacement.

Been coming here to study with the bros for a couple months, food quality is consistently good and fresh, employees are extremely attentive and friendly, specifically the Hispanic male dude at the front usually. Would rate this as my favorite McDonalds, lots of outlets and big store for studying too. Clean asf

Ordered through mobile drive through and they didn’t miss one item. Not two. But three items.
There system was down so my order had to verified thru my email receipt. Then my food wasn't all given to me because breakfast closed while dealing with the problem they where experiencing. So i got only part of my order i placed over a half a hour before the cut off time for breakfast . Very bad experience considering it was not my fault.

ZERO STAR!! I’m so angry! Did they stop curbside service? I’ve been sitting in the car about 15 minutes, and nobody tell me the food is ready! I have to go inside ask them! The employee’s attitude is too bad! My food are getting cold!? I order MC Chicken not the McDouble OK?? I only have 40 minutes for lunch!! And I spend 15~20 minutes to get a cold and wrong food???

I have noticed a significant improvement in employee attitude, service efficiency and accuracy of orders at this neighborhood restaurant. They’re slowly becoming my go to place again for a quick bite to eat.

Placed a mobile order twice, 1 hour before closing time and both times we went through the drive thru and nobody responded. 2 employees stood there and just ignored us the entire time we were at the window since nobody would respond at the intercom.
