Not sure what to say. Service at this particular location is just plain old bad. I went through the drive thru and was given cold fries with my Big Mac meal. I asked for fresh fries and they had me pull up and wait only so they could mix the old fries with a few fresh ones. 😑Why??? Was it to hard to throw them out and actually give me a fresh order of hot fries. Just terrible! SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS ALWAYS TERRIBLE!

I went to the drive through ordered 2 large fries and was told we have to make them pull up there. When I wanted to pay they told me you should have paid at the first window that had nobody was in. Really 2 large disgusting fries for $8.57. I will never order from your restaurant again!

Never makes coffee right large ice black coffee with caramel no sugar or cream yet most of my cup is cream repeat my drink order multiple times I get looked at like I’m stupid rings up two different coffees none I wanted

50+ year old lifetime McDonalds customer. Placed a curbside pickup order that, even after more than 30 minutes of waiting, never was delivered to me. This is evidently one of those cashier-free stores, so there was nobody to remedy my order, or the 15+ people inside the store waiting for their orders too. You lost me forever, McDonald’s. Thankfully there’s a new Tim Horton’s coming down the street and a world class Chick Fil’A in the other direction. Do yourself a favor and scratch McDonald’s off your list. Total rip-off here.
They told many driver-thru customers to park in the spot but never carried food out for them, including for me. After waiting for a while, I went inside the store and found many orders had been sitting there already cold.

Worst experience ever. I pulled up to the drive through and asked for 3 cheese burgers and 3 small French fries and a six piece chicken nuggets I go around the second window and they only give me 3 fries and and two hamburgers. Then I tell them where is the 3rd burger and they said you didn’t order a 3rd one. Then I go around back to the drive through and ordered the 3rd burger and get home and they didn’t put my 6 piece chicken nuggets. I tried calling the store 3 times and no one answers. Like what are you guys doing. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a fast food restaurant.
