I paid for hot honey sauce and they are greedy to the point they didn't even add it in the bag, They were rude to the dasher and didn't want to give her any either when I asked for it. Good thing she was persistent! Extremely rude customer service at this McDonald's location, I've never had this issue before anywhere else.

First of all it was something super hard in my chicken nuggets second of all there was a Karen lady with blonde hair working at the cashier and was being super rude I’m not sure what her name is but the speaker barely worked and she was trying to tell me something and I couldn’t hear her when I saw her at the Window she told me I said would you like and he sauces 10 times and you wouldn’t answer me like excuse me maybe get a better speaker and she was talking with such a big attitude

Francisco was extremely accommodating and helpful. I accidentally got the wrong sauce, but he quickly swapped them out for the new buffalo ranch sauce. I was please surprised with a great visit.
