Francisco was extremely accommodating and helpful. I accidentally got the wrong sauce, but he quickly swapped them out for the new buffalo ranch sauce. I was please surprised with a great visit.

Absolute worst customer service from any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The fries and burgers were disgusting as well. The lady up front was extremely rude. I recommend finding another location if I was you.

The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. Their location manager failed to reach out after 3 messages ensuring they would handle the situation that occurred. I would not give this location your business unless you like being disrespected by the lady that is always at the drive thru.

The woman at the first drive thru window had a very ugly attitude and would not even make eye contact with me or say hello or hola. Not once. No manners. It’s quite sad when one woman feels threatened by another, for whatever reason, which is usually looks. Look lady; from one Latina to another, you are doing a disservice to our people and anyone really, by being rude to customers. I used to work in fast food. I would never not greet a customer. Do better. The man at the next drive thru window provided excellent service. This location needs more employees like him. This location needs to improve its employee trainings in the area of customer service.

I really wish I could give a 0 star. Mary, she said was her name has to be the rudest person I have ever came across in a drive thru window. This was my 3rd time with her being very rude and nasty and the food is always horrible and she talks to customers so unprofessional and I will be taking this to a higher level this time. This store is out of control

Consistently fast and good service.

your drive thru person this morning was apparently more interested in saying what they had to say than in LISTENING to my order so they got my order wrong and did not want to correct it without charging me for the error. If your people continue to offload the payment for their mistakes onto their customers there is no accountability or incentive for them to correct or improve their behavior.

Im just seeing that when I go there in the morning and order the same thing that my total is NEVER the same… So make sure to check your receipt (if they give you one). One time I caught being over charged and was told they refunded it back to me and a month later No Refund… & on top of that the young lady that works the window on Saturday morning is very rude and needs a new job because customer service is not for her!
