There's not really much of a reason to go to McDonald's anymore with the dollar this. Now it's a two dollar and fifty cent that I won't be going to mcdonald's anymore The sandwich quality received was extremely poor At least if they'd done this right. I would have gotten a reasonable meal That didn't leave me hungry after spending eight dollars service. Was sub optimal just huge disappointment across the board

3rd time - this is the 3rd time. I ordered a chicken biscuit with cheese and large coke. Not a h hard order or so you would think three times they’ve messed it up. Every single time they giving me a Diet Coke which I’m allergic to aspartame and a chicken sandwich with no cheese I give up I should actually drink the diet Coke and then go to the hospital and let them pay for it maybe they’ll learn

Not sure the name of the girl working at the drive-through window who handed me my food was but she was extremely rude for no reason at all. was a bit confused. She said that the fries we’re gonna be cooking and I said OK and she didn’t elaborate At all, and shut the window. Overall, really poor customer

This is the best managed mcdonalds within 15miles of me. I go out of my way to come here when I need fast food. Whoever does the hiring has a good eye for good employees. They have never messed up my order (the other mcdonalds always gets it wrong and have a bunch of teenagers who are constantly distracted), they are reasonably fast and the employees always seem like competent people. Like just the short drive thu engagement with them its easy to tell that they are paying attention to their job and do it with a professional competence.

unbelievably terrible customer service. I won't bore you with the details. but I only took my son here because he had a very bad sore throat and wanted the ice cream. seems simple, but it was not. and the manager had the opportunity to make it right and decided to make someone else's day miserable. We won't be back.
We hardly ever have McDonald's, but when we do, it needs to be from this particular one. The food is always warm, well prepared and tastes good. You cannot say that about many McD. The staff is friendly and efficient. Orders are always correct and complete.

They must work on their customer service skills !! between the Indian Guy and the Mexican skinny man they are the rudest and unprofessional personnel they have !!! Always giving attitude to the customers and providing service like they are doing a favor to others !!! We have many other McDonalds around so we can go to any other locations !!! Keep it up and improve .. Period !

Wow. And not in a good way. Asked for a QPC Deluxe. Got a regular QPC. But charged for the deluxe. Asked for QPC, no slivered onions. Gave us Only slivered onions. Asked for straws and Buffalo sauce for the McNuggets. Got them but accompanied with lots of attitude. Asked for two cokes and a Dr. Pepper. Again with attitude said “the first two are cokes”. The DP was supposedly marked. BUT it wasn’t marked correctly. One of the cokes was marked instead. Worst McDonalds ever, and I’ve lived in Montgomery, AL. IYKYK.
