Amazing sushi and delicious apps! The Wagu was very chewy so not worth the price to us. They ran out of their weekly cake so only option for dessert was mochi ice cream (it was my birthday dinner) which was not good.

We have been to MF Bar two other times and this time the rolls lacked flavor. Also for the amount money we paid for the sushi, we could have gone to an average revolving sushi restaurant for a fraction of the price. This might be our last time visiting MF Bar.

Our server, AJ, was very cordial and very patient about letting us take our time - my guest was a friend I had not seen in a long time, and AJ made himself available when needed and also let us catch up when it was clear we hadn't really looked at the menu yet. The margaritas were outstanding and the sushi was really good! My only comparison to previous visits is that this beautiful space had the lights cranked up so bright maybe somebody forgot, but about halfway through our dinner thankfully they were turned down. The place closes at 10 and that's about when we left with one other table - the entire staff was very cordial upon our exit, very professional and courteous.

This is some of the best sushi in Atlanta and really anywhere. The crispy box is a must-try and puts crispy rice dishes from other restaurants to shame. If you're used to more casual sushi places, the price for the signature nigiri may seem high for just two pieces, but once you taste them, you'll understand and will be ready to try more. Service is always friendly and helpful. Always quiet and laidback atmosphere. One of my favorites to bring friends and family to.

First time at MF in Alpharetta. We normally go to the one at Inman park but we needed an earlier time slot. It was worth the 40 min drive. Bless y'all & thank you.

First, Service was good, but seemed a bit rushed. Couldn't really ease into my meal. Second, Seating along the right wall, all 2 tops with bench seating were a bit tight as I could literally reach over to the next table and grab their soy sauce, let alone be a part of the conversation. They could afford to lose a table and space them out more. I get it... more tables = more money, but.... It's all about the experience that keeps us coming back, right? Third, my ginger house salad, was not that great. Came out looking pre-made as if it has been sitting, waiting for me in the fridge. Served on a plate, would have been better in a bowl! Lastly, the two sushi rolls that I ordered, Dynamite and Kamikaze, were good, on the small side (compared to other restaurants) but good, with nice flavor! It was our first time here. People warned that it was PRICEY, maybe because if the serving sizez? I disagree... as it all depends on what you order, I guess. I'd come back, but would prefer a booth or maybe a seat at the bar - plenty more on the menu I'd like to try.
