Our server, AJ, was very cordial and very patient about letting us take our time - my guest was a friend I had not seen in a long time, and AJ made himself available when needed and also let us catch up when it was clear we hadn't really looked at the menu yet. The margaritas were outstanding and the sushi was really good! My only comparison to previous visits is that this beautiful space had the lights cranked up so bright maybe somebody forgot, but about halfway through...
This is some of the best sushi in Atlanta and really anywhere. The crispy box is a must-try and puts crispy rice dishes from other restaurants to shame. If you're used to more casual sushi places, the price for the signature nigiri may seem high for just two pieces, but once you taste them, you'll understand and will be ready to try more. Service is always friendly and helpful. Always quiet and laidback atmosphere. One of my favorites to bring friends and family to.
Ty was our waiter and he is our favorite because he is outstanding and takes care of us, always. His recommendations are perfect and exactly what we want each time we eat there. The food is the best and the atmosphere is so enjoyable with such energy.
