We are very picky foodies and been frequent customers. We honestly can't relate to any negative reviews. This is the best Mexican food in the area. The fajitas, quesadilla, and arroz con pollo or camarones are all excellent. Always hot, amazing flavor! Excellent staff.

The cheese dip brought to us was cold, that’s usually our favorite part ? then I ordered a simple shredded chicken quesadilla w cheese on top and it was also gross. It tasted and looked like it was made at home, with taco sauce and Colby jack cheese… Our waitress was very nice, but the food was definitely not good and I wouldn’t eat here again.

Can’t recommend based on the food and the price. The service was good though. Feel salty posting the truth….

Everything almost perfect, of course I will come back...The only thing I didn't like was the table, it looked like it had spilled soda. But that's just a detail.Oh! There is a dish there that is excellent, I recommend it

This is in a small center anchored by a gas station so there's not much parking. But that's the least of your problems with this place. After we were seated one of those robots came by with chips and salsa. That should have clued me in but I chose to overlook since El Porton also has one and they're not bad. Wrong. The cheese dip was cold, yet still runny. It was so runny in fact I couldn't keep it on the chip and kept spilling it everywhere. I know what you're thinking.... that's a you problem. And I would normally agree however I have had more cheese dips in my life than I care to admit and consider myself a professional. Next the chips were awful. Tasted as though someone had tried to season them with old cooking oil. Next problem was my husband ordered a 420 that came out with ice chunks....and was obviously NOT a 420. It was so malty tasting, it either wasn't a 420 or there was something seriously wrong with it. We sent it back but unfortunately it was replaced with the same. He did not drink it at all. My daiquiri was made with cool whip on top which I did not want, did not know it came with, and was not asked about. Unfortunate. Only finished half. Next the main courses... we had veggie enchiladas and the tacos al pastor. Pastor meat was as expected, but the tacos were lightly stuffed shall we say. I believe there was an attempted coverup to hide this under a pile of cilantro. The refried beans and rice were meh. The veggie enchiladas were "cack" as my husband described but the black beans and rice were worse. We were charged over $60 after all of this pre-tip. It was awful. We are taking it of our restaurant list, and I am annoyed for having wasting the calories and money.

Food is ridiculously overpriced…. They also charge extra for chip refills. Don’t have fountain drinks so be prepared for extra charges there too. Definitely wouldn’t

First off as many of the other reviews their food is extremely overpriced. Have not a sense of taste at all. Their Horchata was expensive and was so disgusting we order to go and I left it there on the counter.Being a proud Mexican I can say this restaurant was NOT authentic. However this restaurant was also not the cleanest. Where they are located you’d think they would have better representation. We spent $30 on 1 meal and 1 horchata and ate one bite. It was extremely disgusting. I threw it away and had to leave the comfort of my home once again in the cold to get food. They always say you get what you pay for well this was HIGHWAY robbery. If there’s one thing I don’t complain about it is good food the price doesn’t matter.*** BE AWARE***If you like real authentic Mexican food do not come here. If you love the taste of real Mexican food find another place. If we could give them negative STARS I definitely would.

Very cool place a coworker of mine took me here. Very welcoming and accommodating. Prepare to tell you all about the menu and pour you a nice full beer. I had the steak quesadillas and they were definitely top 10. Going to go back and try the burrito next time.
