They need to buy a new tortilla warmer, not sure what's going on there. It's been broken for maybe a year(?)..

Their healthy options and generous portions make us to choose them over chipotle.

The facility was extremely dirty and food tasted Horrible. Was not happy with my visit. ?

We go to Moe’s a lot and this one is the worst one I’ve ever seen! The floors were sticky and many tables were dirty or covered in online orders. The bathroom was not better and a stall was missing TP, and it was pretty early in the day so no one had checked the previous night. The night time cleaning group clearly did not do a good job and the day shift made no effort to pick up the slack. Food was ok and service was too, but we got the impression that no one was taking any pride in their work. As I sat there I wondered how long it had been since the restaurant had a thorough cleaning and whether they passed the health inspection.

Kid-friendliness: Most kids love cheese quesadillas

Moe's Monday is a great deal, especially now that it includes a beverage, but this location is a mess. When I visited on 5.1.23, they didn't have any cilantro rice and the entire restaurant needed cleaning and organizing. I didn't receive credit for my purchase on the Moe's app. I called customer service, but Elroy didn't seem to give a rip.

There was one person behind the counter who had great customer service skills and good to talk to. Beyond that my positivity ends. When you first walk up it looks closed. No open sign lit, boxes and catering stuff right in the front window. When you walk in the floor is sticky and covered in crumbs. The sign has no prices and The front area is littered with boxes. The Chips were probably the stalest I've had at a Moe's and I ate at the restaurant so it's not like it cooled down in the car. My quesadilla was okay but some of the ingredients looked kinda suspect. And by the looks of some of the other reviews Alot of these issues have been going on for a long time. I give 2 stars instead of 1 because of the customer service I received.

Waited for over 5mins to order while a male and a female were in the back. The place is filthy. The tables are full of boxes and employees drinks and hats on them. There are no prices on the wall. I haven't been to Moe's in a while, and if this is the new standard, I will keep away from it.

Always good food and great people that work there. I will warn you tho…some days it seems like the entire high school is there and that can get pretty loud and overwhelming but mostly it’s pretty calm and nice atmosphere too. ?

They need to teach all the Moe's how to give the level of customer service and portions I got here!! Great experience and great amount of food

Place was filthy. No pricing on any of the items. Not one table in the entire place was clean. Food all over the floor and trash everywhere..and it wasn’t like it was too busy. Comes down to caring. Disappointing as Moes is usually great.

This was the first time I got no extra ingredients on my burrito out of fear of getting sick. All of the fresh produce like cilantro and pico looked like it had been sitting out for days. The staff was also rude when I couldn't understand what they were asking me. I used to go here out of convenience but will go out of my way for a burrito now.

Ordered quesadilla and bowl. Bowl was good but this is what you get for ordering quesadilla. Not worth considering quantity and taste of quesadilla.
