Moe's Southwest Grill

Went in for a simple $7.99 Monday special, which is what I asked for, they didn't tell me you need the app and there's almost a $3 up charge for steak. Do yourself a favor and go to Chipotle. I started to just walk away and not pay the $14!!! How does a $7.99 burrito turn into $14???. I will NEVbe back. I feel scammed.

To begin, they gave me little to nothing for my portion. Secondly, they left my crunch wrap sitting there getting soggy, which then caused it to be impossible to pick up to eat. Would not recommend this moes to anyone. ALSO, $15 crunch wrap with 0 chicken in it.

It’s crazy major of the customer con there lunch break and it takes this team 30 minutes to get your order done. Very slow by the time you get your lunch is over and that freeze machine never works only for Coke please do better sincerely pissed customer that could have went to Chipotle and I still would have made it back from lunch. It’s crazy bc I work right behind this Moe but it took my whole break to get my food

My burrito shell was cold...she barely heated it...and it was wrapped so bad when I bit it ...it fell apart!!!

Customers should not have to deal with bad customer service. I was ripped off by being charged $7 for a mini cup that was only half filled. It's disappointing when a restaurant that used to be good fails to maintain its standards.

“under new management” is junk. with the old management it was already bad with wait times over 20 minutes. but atleast the food was decent. now ive given this “new management” a few shots now. the owner herself has talked to me before. the wait times are still outrageous. but now your food has nothing but pepper and sogginess. this is disgusting. have given “new management” 3 tries now weeks apart. horrible location. horrible food. horrible people. if you want to enjoy moes again.. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION.
