We booked this place to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. They have this amazing Party Hall which can accommodate upto 50 people. This is perfect place for small or large gatherings. Affordable price, great food and above all their hospitality was superb. “Sabu” was great, she was the reason we booked this place as her dealing was so good. She took great care of everything. Thanks to all the employees of moon Indian cuisine for providing best services and making this day memorable for us.

We ordered take out after seeing their Google reviews. Every item we ordered was awful. The nans were thick and doughy and tasteless. There was no crispness in the nans. We ordered Bhindi and it was fibrous and non flavorful. Every Bhindi I chewed had so much fiber in it -that I had to spit out. The dal we ordered was also bad and undercooked. We thought of giving this place a chance and it was a 30-minute drive to go here to pick up our food from Alpharetta. All in all a total disappointment - we ain’t ordering from here again.

I recently visited Moon Indian Cuisine and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. While the service was friendly and kind, the overall dining experience left much to be desired.
First, the cleanliness of the restaurant left something to be desired—our silverware was dirty, which was off-putting from the start. As for the food, it was below standard. We were eager to try a variety of dishes, but most of the items we wanted to order weren’t available, which was frustrating.
We started with the Chicken 65, and it was a letdown. The pieces were not fresh, and the quality was subpar—certainly not what we expected from a restaurant claiming to serve authentic Indian cuisine. We also ordered the Mixed Grill, which was another disappointment. The menu listed Seekh Kebabs as part of the dish, but we were told they were unavailable. This lack of consistency between the menu and what was actually being served felt misleading.
Overall, Moon Indian Cuisine didn’t live up to expectations, and I can’t recommend it based on this visit. The service was friendly, but the quality of the food and attention to cleanliness need significant improvement.

We loved the chicken Tikka masala, chicken Korma, samosas and mango Lassi. The best Indian I've had in Atlanta so far.

A Disappointing Experience
I had the misfortune of dining at this Indian restaurant, and it was, without a doubt, the worst culinary experience of my life. The food was nothing short of disastrous.
The momos were inedible--fried so hard they felt like rocks. They were either stale or frozen, but definitely not fresh. The noodles were even worse--completely undercooked, with an unappetizing layer of oil floating on top. It's hard to believe a chef could serve something this bad; my 10-year-old daughter could whip up far better noodles at home. To make things worse, the dish was peppered with fried chicken pieces that seemed recycled from other dishes. It was an insult to Indian cuisine.
Given the quality of the food, the prices were outrageously exaggerated. The restaurant was completely empty during peak dinner hours--a clear sign that I wasn't the only one put off by this place.
I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone, and I certainly won't be returning. Save your time, money, and appetite--there are far better places to enjoy Indian food !!

We had chilly chicken, chicken biriyani, veg fried rice. The biriyani seems a North Indian variety with boneless chicken, not the biriyani we normally gets in desi restaurants. Rest were best
Kid-friendliness: They ask for the spice level when they saw kids

Chana masala needs less potato as gravy. It was delicious but felt like overloaded with potato. Did not like the momo at all. I know it was adjusted to USA standard. But lost all the perks of momo. Overall, it's not bad.

Restaurantji Recommends
The only issue we experienced at this restaurant is that they don't have dinner forks only salad forks which are shorter than dinner forks and uncomfortable to use for main course. Otherwise the food and service was great!

Super yummy Indian food. We got tikka masala and garlic naan which is our usual order and it was delicious! I kept saying it was like trying it for the first time lol. Also have to mention that the service was very attentive and sweet. We will recommend to everyone this place!

I agree with another reviewer that the tika masala sauce taste like it came from a frozen dinner and I thought the rice desperately needed salt. Also, the rice pilau was just white rice and peas that were both undercooked (the peas were tough!) The chicken was overcooked and dry. i hate giving such a poor review especially since so many people have had a good experience. Portions were good though. Maybe I chose a bad day? First and last time eating here.
