We visited P.F. Chang's in Alpharetta and were very disappointed. We chose this location because we were already in the area and wanted something quick and delicious. Unfortunately, from the moment we were seated, the experience went downhill. Our table and chairs were dirty, and we had to move ourselves to another table. Our server came across as more focused on upselling than being genuine or attentive. We also witnessed an employee wearing a pullover face mask while playing loud music, which felt unprofessional and disruptive to the dining experience. While the appetizers were acceptable, the entrées were not. The salmon did not look appetizing, the mushrooms were cold, and the presentation looked rushed and careless, as if the food had simply been thrown onto the plate. My husband ordered the shrimp, which looked like frozen shrimp straight from the grocery store. To make matters worse, we waited about 40 minutes for this quality of food. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations at all. We will not be returning. Respectfully, this location was a complete disappointment.

We had a reservation, walked in with another group. Collectively we ALL stood at the hostess stand...no hostess. Several servers walked by but no one acknowledged our presence. Several min later a hostess appeared, she did not greet anyone in the lobby, just grabbed a few items and walked away. Then both hostess reappeared and took care of the growing wait at the stand. Not one smile was to be had. Dinner and service as good, we were celebrating my son's birthday and the server did well to make him feel important.

The quality of the food here has gone down. The rice was hard and the chicken my son ordered wasn't cooked well. The waitress kept disappearing and the restaurant was nearly empty so it wasn't like she had multiple tables. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants for years. I will never return.

Our experience at this restaurant was unfortunately quite disappointing. We waited over 30 minutes for our initial drinks, which arrived incorrect. When we politely asked for replacements, the second round was also wrong, and to our surprise, we were charged for both sets of drinks despite the errors. The main courses were equally underwhelming. We ordered the Orange Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken in the traditional size, but the portions were surprisingly small. More concerning was the texture and taste: both dishes had a chalky, flour-heavy coating with very little actual chicken inside, making them feel more like fried batter than proper entrees. Overall, the combination of slow service, repeated order mistakes, portion size, and poor food quality made for a frustrating visit. We hope the kitchen and service team can address these issues, as we were looking forward to enjoying a good meal here.

Our server, Mark, was brand new but he went above and beyond with his service and efforts. He checked with us on everything and even triple checked with the kitchen staff regarding my food allergy. The special cosmo cocktail was amazing as well as our appetizers and meals. We couldn't have had a better evening especially since it was our first time EVER eating out on Christmas Eve. This will be our new tradition and we are so excited to continue with PF Chang's each and every year from now on.

Our appetizers were great, the main entrees all came out with a super spicy sauce. I'm talking shrimp lo mein, kids chicken teriyaki, and sweet and sour chicken. We couldn't eat any of those entrees. We were in a time crunch and things were running behind anyway so we just said we were full and paid and left. This location has gone downhill. I've ordered Uber Eats several times, never comes with the correct items, always missing one entree or appetizer. It's just disappointing.
