We had such a wonderful dinner with my family of 7. Wynter was our server and she was delightful from the beginning! We were able to get the kids meals quickly. She could tell we were celebrating my son and made him feel extra special. The rest of the food and drinks also came quickly and everything was hot and delicious. We will definitely be back!
Zariha gave us the best experience ever! She is so nice and caring, being sure we have answers if we had questions about the menu, bringing the food fast and celebrating with us my birthday. The food was yummy as well! We ordered crab wontons and changs chicken. Both were delicious! I enjoyed the spiciness of the chicken 😋

I recently visited P.F. Chang’s and was thoroughly impressed by the service provided by our server, Zahair. From the moment we were seated, Zahair made sure every detail was taken care of. He was exceptionally attentive, always ensuring our drinks were refilled promptly and that we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
Zahair’s deep knowledge of the menu was evident as he expertly guided us through our choices, offering recommendations that enhanced our dining experience. His professionalism and genuine care for our satisfaction truly stood out.
Overall, the service was outstanding and elevated our meal to a perfect 10 out of 10. I’m looking forward to my next visit, and I highly recommend P.F. Chang’s, especially if you have the pleasure of being served by Zahair.

I’ve been to a few P.F. Chang’s, different states included, and this was my best experience. Our server, Wynter, was extremely detail oriented and helped us pick the best drinks to match the food items we ordered. We also observed her tending to other tables that weren’t hers which was dope. Everybody needs love! Overall, we enjoyed her service and the food was great, left no crumbs!! Definitely will visit this location again.

Goa t your own risk. One of the worst services and food quality. Please educate people that you got to serve the dinner plates first and not the dinner. Our entire meal we had it without the dinner plates. The food was super oily and it feels like our veggies, Brussels sprouts and tempura string beans were soaked in unhealthy oil. The veg fried rice that was served to us was cold. No wonder PF chang in Alpharetta has lost the charm. The entire staff needs education on how to work in the resultants and be customer centric.
The guy at the front desk denied to let us sit at a specific table saying they are reserved. But we stayed for almost 1.5 hours and they were about to close by 11 PM and not a single soul walked in to the restaurant. Please shut the shop PF Chang. If you can’t keep up to the standards.
Vegetarian options: If you are a vegetarian then stay away from form The unhealthy food served here
