It's been a while since we've been to P.F. Chang's. I don't remember their food having this much oil in it, but it's absolutely crazy the amount of oil they put into their dishes, especially their fried rice. The attached pics don't even show just how much oil is in there. There was at least an inch of oil in the togo container at the bottom. I am trying to redo their fried rice but was unsuccessful. As you can imagine this saturates the rice and changes the whole texture. It reminds me of the time when we visited mainland China when their cooking style was much the same.  it's not healthy or appetizing.  Service was great, drinks were amazing and the ambience is dependable. It's too bad some of their dishes were made inedible with their oil usage.

Restaurant was nearly empty the entire time we were there, they were able to accommodate us as a very large group (20 people) quickly. Food service was faster than expected with how many of us there were, but the food came out in a weird order... entrees before apps in some cases. That was the only issue, but all the food was good and correct.

Such a sad and depressing experience. We thought it would be fun to enjoy P.F. Chang after living far from one until recently. The Alpharetta location was virtually deserted at 12:30 pm on a Sunday. This probably should have been a sign of not-so-great-dining-experience to come. Our waitress, Wynter, wanted to be anywhere else and doing anything else other than serving diners in a restaurant. The food was only slightly reminiscent of the appearance of and delightful flavors of P.F. Chang of 10 years ago. Wynter set the pork egg rolls on the table and walked away. It was missing any type of dipping sauce. We had to wait for her return to ask her for it. It finally appeared. The spicy shrimp had obviously been made off-site and were barely warm and not spicy. When we asked for the check Wynter stacked the 5 plates near the edge of the table and left them there - I guess for us to further enjoy . She returned with the check, opened it and placed It in front of me, then rethought her action and slid it across the table scooping up the errant rice noodles and other detritus on the table to rest In front of my husband. We couldn't pay and leave quicker.

We had such a wonderful dinner with my family of 7. Wynter was our server and she was delightful from the beginning! We were able to get the kids meals quickly. She could tell we were celebrating my son and made him feel extra special. The rest of the food and drinks also came quickly and everything was hot and delicious. We will definitely be back!
Zariha gave us the best experience ever! She is so nice and caring, being sure we have answers if we had questions about the menu, bringing the food fast and celebrating with us my birthday. The food was yummy as well! We ordered crab wontons and changs chicken. Both were delicious! I enjoyed the spiciness of the chicken 😋

Haven't been in there in about 10 years - even though the office is just down the street. Probably can go another 10 years tbh. You can find better food in a strip mall and the service was underwhelming. Very disappointing.

I’m new to Atlanta. My wife and I took a lunch break on a beautiful day. We found PF Chang’s at Alpharetta. It was an amazing experience. The atmosphere was very professional and friendly. Our server, Ajahanna was amazing. She was so polite, friendly, and just an awesome person. We truly appreciate this PF Chang at Alpharetta. We are definitely coming back

All Things Alpharetta
I recently visited P.F. Chang’s and was thoroughly impressed by the service provided by our server, Zahair. From the moment we were seated, Zahair made sure every detail was taken care of. He was exceptionally attentive, always ensuring our drinks were refilled promptly and that we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
Zahair’s deep knowledge of the menu was evident as he expertly guided us through our choices, offering recommendations that enhanced our dining experience. His professionalism and genuine care for our satisfaction truly stood out.
Overall, the service was outstanding and elevated our meal to a perfect 10 out of 10. I’m looking forward to my next visit, and I highly recommend P.F. Chang’s, especially if you have the pleasure of being served by Zahair.
