It's been a while since we've been to P.F. Chang's. I don't remember their food having this much oil in it, but it's absolutely crazy the amount of oil they put into their dishes, especially their fried rice. The attached pics don't even show just how much oil is in there. There was at least an inch of oil in the togo container at the bottom. I am trying to redo their fried rice but was unsuccessful. As you can imagine this saturates the rice and...

Restaurant was nearly empty the entire time we were there, they were able to accommodate us as a very large group (20 people) quickly. Food service was faster than expected with how many of us there were, but the food came out in a weird order... entrees before apps in some cases. That was the only issue, but all the food was good and correct.

We had such a wonderful dinner with my family of 7. Wynter was our server and she was delightful from the beginning! We were able to get the kids meals quickly. She could tell we were celebrating my son and made him feel extra special. The rest of the food and drinks also came quickly and everything was hot and delicious. We will definitely be back!
