This location has got worse on cleanliness, service and quality of food. Used to come a couple times each week now I come once every other month

I ordered a medium box of Beijing beef, when I got home and opened it, I realized that the box was not full. I paid $8.50 for 3/4 of a box. Not good. I should need to supervise if the portion is complete or not. It should be full. Period.

I ordered noodles, walnut shrimp, orange chicken, mushroom chicken. The plate only holds 3 items. I asked over and over 6 times to put 4th item on an additional PLATE . The older Asian lady 11/19/24 11:55 am flat out refused. Would only put it in To Go container. I was going to eat in restaurant but she would NOT put on a plate! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!

I ordered through the app for pickup before heading to my hotel. I received a notice that my order was ready, but it was not. The lady preparing the food never made eye contact or spoke a single word to me. She handed me my order and walked away. When I got to my hotel room, I opened it to see the pathetic amount of food. It also did not look very fresh. I ordered a big plate... one of which being broccoli beef. I had broccoli with two tiny tiny pieces of beef. Two. Rude staff and disappointing food.

When I went to the payment portion of my order the lady was very rude and rushing me. She didn’t give me a fortune cookie and when I asked for soy sauce she said one second and walked away. I had to wait for 5 minutes until someone was free to ask for soy sauce again.

I wouldn't recommend this to ANYONE!!!! I wanted to give this a ZERO ?. I ordered 4 Bigger plate dinner for my family at 515pm and ETA 30-40 minutes. Well let's just say, it was a DISASTER. Food wasn't delivered till after 7pm and top of that, I received ONLY one bigger plate, WTH! I called the restaurant THREE times, just rang and rang NO ONE answered. What a horrible service!!!! Ended up calling the delivery service to get my $$$$ back.
Don’t stay open until 1030 PM if you’re going to stop making food at 9 oclock!

This was my first time coming into this location today. Food was fresh, service was quick and efficient, and the place looked cleaned. I ordered take out before I had to go into work and ate half of my plate there and the other half I later transferred to a bowl to reheat at home. However, it was very upsetting to find a piece of CHIPPED BRICK or a clay rock in it when I ate the other half at home. Thank goodness I didn’t bite hard on it, otherwise I would have damaged my teeth.
