Most unprofessional hiring experience I have every been through. I applied online, was scheduled a teams interview and nobody showed up. Had to reapply and schedule another interview and finally someone showed up, just to find out i also had to do an interview in store. The online interviewer sent my information over and the store called me (yes I checked it was this stored phone number so it was the right store the entire time) and set up an in person interview day and time. I showed up and nobody there knew anything and acted like it was the wrong store when I checked multiple times though out the whole precess that it was the right store. I was left with no way to contact any higher-up’s to ask about the situation. I was sent home and told to reapply… it was the biggest waste of time in my life and is ridiculous that I had to go through a month long process just to be sent home to do it all again.

Went to get lunch and they were running low on fried rice and instead of asking me if I wanted to wait they give me a tiny second of what was left. Similar asked for beef and broccoli and was given the last 4 pieces of broccoli and one piece of beef. This is ridiculous, as I could barely understand the server. Negative stats don’t go here

My most recent visit was on a Friday night at 7:00. The line was intimidating, but they moved it along with incredible efficiency and I was eating my fresh and delicious food in no time. Portions sizes were great. Pick up orders through the app are a breeze as well. I recommend using the back entrance for those. Does anyone do fast food Chinese better?Parking: Parking is available in both the front and back.

I went in today and my experience was worst then usual the lady named Susie in the front is extremely rude she’s been rude to me a few times because I avoid this location as much as possible she wouldn’t wait on me refused to acknowledge me as I prompted her with an excuse me several times she pretended she couldn’t hear me as I stood directly in front of her then began helping another customer the women’s bathroom is always locked I ended up walking out I decided not to spend my money there any longer and I’ll be contacting corporate in regards to unfair treatment and discrimination very racist poor treatment not diverse only hire Asians terrible location with mediocre food that’s usually not seasoned well

Came to Panda Express for a doordash and everyone made me feel awkward , I guess because I’m an African American woman ! They looked at me like I had poop on my face ! If they don’t like other races why have a building serving the community! Hopefully I’ll never have to come back ! So

Workers have nasty attitudes and ignore Certain customers! I work across the street and visit at 2x a week for the last year and a half...if I'm not charged wrong, the staff is rude ..will never return...contacted customer service way too many times...will just stop spending my money here at this point! Food good service is horrible!

I placed the order for carry outPlateFried Rice, The Original Orange Chicken, Black Pepper chicken but instead of chicken we got beef and we are religious and we ate it by mistake this unacceptable ... we called multiple times and no response ... and on top of it no cleanliness and the cashier was coughing....this is totally in appropriate and already complained to corporate and waiting for the response
