Placed an online order 50 minutes prior to close. When I came to pick it up 30 minutes before close, I was told there was no more food to fill my order, that they could not refund my payment, that I would need to call corporate for a refund, and that I could google the number. Never even got an apology for taking an order they couldn't fulfill. Overall terrible customer service.

I get that the workers want to clean up early and get home at close, but you can't shut everything down 50 min before close and still claim to be open (and take online orders). Will never go back.

Mobile order from the app and went to pick it up.
I got the teriyaki chicken fried rice and it was not very good quality chicken. Slimy, congealed, half of it was fat (I assume it was fat), and very soft with horrible texture. Some sides of it were ultra smooth and slimy. I should have taken a picture but I threw it away so fast. Avoid.
The orange chicken was tolerable.

I ordered from this restaurant through DoorDash & this is what they sent me. The chicken eggroll was completely burnt & the meat & veggies inside were completely grey. I didn’t even take a chance trying to eat it! The fried rice was so dry & hard I couldn’t even chew it! I ordered the sweet fire chicken but received something completely different. I only took a couple bites because the chicken (or beef?) they sent was so rubbery and soggy, I didn’t wanna chew it. The lemonade was also completely warm. DoorDash only gave me a partial refund. Waste of $$

Ordered a plate, lady put food in a plate. Got only 1 side. And they told me I ordered a bowl when I went back to claim my other side.
And I quote, they said "nothing we can do to change it"

Worst experience ever. My broccoli with steak was only broccoli which I brought to the attn to Brenda, the service lady and she told me that the plate was supposed to be broccoli with a little steak but the picture does not justify the price. Food was dry and without flavor. I asked for salt and Brenda again with a dry tone told me we dont have salt or pepper. I can only asume that the location of Panda Express in decline and probably wont be there very long with this kind of service.

I went in there today because I had been before and the experience was good. However today I wanted 2 items, 1 the fire shrimp that costs extra and waited for it to be cooked. I normally look at what’s being put in the container but failed to do so today. I got home and I had 2 shrimps topped with a mound of carrots. I’m calling the server out because she could have done better. An extra $1.50 for 2 shrimps??!!

2 younger Latina employees working at 4:30 pm May 2nd, she packed my order and I headed to checkout. She proceeded to help another customer (mom of 3) and make me wait at checkout for 15 minutes. I had to yell and say something to get checked out, and she was extremely rude when finally checking me out. Not how you run a restaurant, you check the customer out first then help the other, especially when it’s slow.
