The manager, Tay was great!! Thank you, Tay for correcting my order. The 5 stars are from my experience with him and the other employees that took care of me.
Paula on the other hand, was quite rude and dismissive. She shouldn't be interacting with guests with such an unpleasant demeanor.

I’ve never had a problem with this Panera and I’ve been going here for years! Unfortunately I got food poisoning from their undercooked chicken (chipotle chicken avocado melt). I understand things happen and people get in a rush and mistakes are made but it just sucks because I have finals and now I’m sick. Staff was friendly and helpful as always!

Every time I visit this location they never fail to impress me with great customer service. I recently had to purchase 16 gift cards for the holidays. The staff made the purchase of the gift cards easy and seamless. I really appreciate the help provided.

The food here is good but the place is dirty and does not look clean at all!! Is very uncomfortable to eat there Poor service and not air conditioning is horrible !!

Took me 30 minutes to get my food from the time I placed my app order. Saw many names below mine on the wait-list jump over me to "ready," so they had clearly ordered before me. My order was 2 sandwiches, nothing complicated.
