First time in to a panera store. Totally disappointed with the food and felt that i paid a lot for a cheap and tasteless sandwich. Horrible " Chicken deluxe sandwich" with a packet of chips with a missing item , worth almost ~ $14 . Tasteless food !!!. Chicfila has far superior sandwich than you. Never again to Panera.

The food quality here is awful. Ordered a sandwich I have really enjoyed at other Panera locations and it was basically flattened bread with almost zero filling. Mind you it wasn’t a panini. To top it off, got a nice rotten, mealy apple. Will not be coming back here.

The wait to pick up a delivery order is unnecessarily too long. Waiting in line to ask for an order costs drivers time and extends the wait for customers. I don't understand why many places in the Atlanta area are so counter-productive over their orders whereas most other places I have been are helpful and eager to facilitate this simple process...the South is so bass ackwards i can't wait to leave these dumb wanna be confederate states behind

Unfortunately I never had a good experience at Panera BreadAll coffees were cold, they were replaced by our request and the replacement was cold as well. It's not the first time this has happenedClearly it looks like the coffee is not freshly made, looks like they prepare in the morning and then warm up along the day .Also I have the sensation that every Panera bread location is not clean, there are no clean tables and flood

Ordered pick2 for lunch my usual (tuna and Greek salad no chicken, and a chocolate crossiant, to dine in. Restaurant was crowded no place to sit do I asked to make it to go.Ate my lunch 1 hour layer I start having terrible stomach pains, symptoms worsen through out the day. (Food poisoning)
Workers are doing their best - it's the customers that make this place a nightmare. Filthy patrons trash the place and take up tables long after finishing their meals. Parents let children run amok like a McDonald's playplace. Waited 15 minutes for food - had to change my order Togo because there was no place to sit.

I ordered the pick 2 soup and sandwich. My food was not eatible. The broccoli cheddar soup was like paste. You could look at it and tell it was not fresh. Why couldn't the person that put the soup in the container tell it wasn't. When I got home I had to add water to the soup and reheat it and the broccoli was old without and texture. Just nasty!! The sandwich was played over by the lady preparing it. When I placed my order, I asked that my bread be toasted however it was not, so the lady had already made the sandwich with the bread untoasted. She asked me, you wanted your bread toasted I told her yes. so she got more bread and toasted the bread only on one side and reused the same meat lettuce, tomato and cheese from the 1st sandwich and put it on the half toasted bread. It really turned my stomach because she and the other workers talked and repeatedly reached over the sandwich just sitting there on the counter. And then put the content on the bread that was only toasted on one side. That lady is unsanitary and does not care about serving food in a sanitized fashion. I've seem her before so she knows better. Just didn't care. Also there were two other workers playing around while the others were working, the staff so worried about them until they all are producing poor food. I had to throw it all away. Come on Panera Bread Mangers/Owners you can do better. I will not be returning. Please!!! folks don't wait your time.
