I’ve been ordering from this location for many years. I placed an order online last week and made a mistake on my order. The staff were friendly, helpful and corrected it for me with no problem. The pizzas were great as always!

I order a pizza from this place (one large pizza). Delivery guy shows up to my house with an order of garlic knots - with somebody else’s address on it- obviously not my order. Guy says, “tough luck call the store”. Call the store, no answer. I drive to the store. Guy says he will make me another pizza. He does. I ask to refund the delivery fee and the tip. Says “okay, I’ll do that.” I wait, then ask for receipt. Then he says he can’t refund that (he was obviously not going to do it). I said I want my money back for something I didn’t pay for (delivery fee). He then says (after he accuses me of lying), he’ll void my order. Then he throws the voided receipt at me and it has somebody else’s number on it. All I asked for after dealing with that was for a $5 delivery fee to be refunded. How is this store still in business?

The last two times I attempted to order from this location, it was a disaster. Missing items from the order and pizza delivered substantially later than the expected delivery time (1.5 hours late).

Horrible service time. Literally ordered from this place at least 5 times and all times it has been 1-2 hours late!!! Please get better service!!

The worst when it comes to promptness. Over one hour for a takeout pizza. Too many other good options in the area – don’t waste your time with this one.
