I order a pizza from this place (one large pizza). Delivery guy shows up to my house with an order of garlic knots - with somebody else’s address on it- obviously not my order. Guy says, “tough luck call the store”. Call the store, no answer. I drive to the store. Guy says he will make me another pizza. He does. I ask to refund the delivery fee and the tip. Says “okay, I’ll do that.” I wait, then ask for receipt. Then he says he can’t refund that (he was obviously not going to do it). I said I want my money back for something I didn’t pay for (delivery fee). He then says (after he accuses me of lying), he’ll void my order. Then he throws the voided receipt at me and it has somebody else’s number on it. All I asked for after dealing with that was for a $5 delivery fee to be refunded. How is this store still in business?

The last two times I attempted to order from this location, it was a disaster. Missing items from the order and pizza delivered substantially later than the expected delivery time (1.5 hours late).

Horrible service time. Literally ordered from this place at least 5 times and all times it has been 1-2 hours late!!! Please get better service!!

The worst when it comes to promptness. Over one hour for a takeout pizza. Too many other good options in the area – don’t waste your time with this one.

Ordered a pizza, an hour goes by, they say they delivered it, it was not delivered, called and they insisted they did deliver it and the best they offered was a refund. Thanks for wasting an hour of my time while I'm trying to get a pizza for my child.

I am sooooo bummed about this. I promised our daycare pizza for lunch at noon. I call the daycare at 1 pm and pizza hasn’t arrived yet. I called papa John’s and they say their systems are down. No phone call, no heads up in advance and no estimate on when it would get delivered. I can’t convey how disappointed I am. 20 people were left without lunch because of Papa John’s lack of planning and failure to communicate. Will not be ordering ever again.

Order is placed and paid for. Delivery is supposed to be in 45 minutes. Delivery actually takes an hour and a half longer than described. Can’t ever get my money back. This is not the first time it’s happened.I will not order from Papa John’s again,

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! They got my order wrong, and I called them about it. They then proceeded to say they couldn’t do anything about it. Then he started yelling, and said I’m not sending another driver out to fix your order. They are TERRIBLE!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Don’t ever order from this location. They never delivered my pizza and kept my money. I ordered online, with a confirmation #, from this location. An hour later I called. They lost the order, the“manager” was rude, all he could say was I don’t have your order. He would not take my order number, or offer any help to try and find my order. Then told me he needed to get back to work…. I felt like I was on a prank show he was so terrible. I called 3 times trying to get answers.. don’t bother, you’re wasting your time. These employees do not care at all about you the customer.
