I’ve ordered online at this papa John’s consistently just about every Friday for at least a year now but over the last 2 months service has gotten worst my online order is always incorrect I request square on a thin crust they give me a regular crust pizza with square cut or nothing square cut at all, very simple requests but it’s never correct I will Never order a pizza from this location again

Working and busy and hungry. So I ordered pizza and they canceled my order. Said they couldn't get to me right now. Anyway I'll go elsewhere. Just too many pizza places around. I didn't know this is how Papa John's treated their customers.

Great pizza! However, this is the third time I ordered online, and got charged 2 times. The other time, 4!!!!! Unreal. Check your online account when ordering from this location! Also, initially wanted to charge me 2 dollars more? When I said? Nah..they discounted it by 2 dollars! Crazy.

Best Papa John I've been to in a long time. The man who works here at night is very nice, professional, and can make a perfect pizza.
When you go to that place, you need to have your phone to see the menu. No printed menu available nor a screen with the menu above the counter. Also do you plan to pay cash as they do not accept bills above $20. The lady at the counter is not very friendly at all if not rude. Creditcard keypad covered with dirt and flour; clearly not clean very often.

I’ve been ordering from this location for years and I never really praise them for their service. I don’t know the managers name but he always seems to be in. He’s so nice and his staff is always friendly. The store is really run very well. The pizza is so consistently good. I usually get pick up and I just can’t say enough good things about this location. They’re awesome. I just wanted to let it be known that they are great all around.

I ordered a large cheese pizza and a gluten-free cheese pizza and all of the toppings were slid off of the pizza crust into the corner of the pizza box. When I called for a remake and a re-delivery I was told that they didn't have anybody doing deliveries and they couldn't read deliver for 25 minutes. I was fine with having a redelivery within 25 minutes and then I was refused and their employee by the name of Chandler was very disrespectful and hung up on me. He refused to transfer me to the manager and he refused to tell me who owned the franchise so I could file a complaint. I called back again and was put on hold. When Chandler answered the phone again he was again rude and hung up on me and refused to remake the pizza. If you are the owner of this franchise please contact me and please address the poor service that your employees are providing to customers. This is how you'll go out of business!!!
