We have ordered from here about once or twice a month for years (sometimes delivery sometimes carry out) and overall great experience. If something goes wrong they definitely try to make it right.

I’m unhappy with the way they fix the Papadias; they barely put any meat in them. About a year ago I stopped ordering from them because of this issue but my husband loves the pizza so I decided to give the Papadia another chance. Lo and behold I was duped again; they barely put any meat in both of the Papadias I ordered. I will never order them again. Only pizza from now on and that’s only because my husband enjoys them.

Ordered 2 large pizzas for $9.99 each which was actually a great buy & the vegetable pizza was great & also the cheese pizza was too.but it took forever to get them delivered & I mean like 2hrs long to finally got them & actually they canceled the 1st Ordered & remade a 2nd order & had those delivered like just shay of 1hr [45] minutes.. not sure what happened to the 1st order & I don't think they know either 🤔!..Manager was & the lady that answered the phone was very nice about the whole deal & gave me a next order on the house.

This place needs to be shut down I seen a rat run across the floor when I went to pickup my I told the to refund my order that’s disgusting they couldn’t have pass the food and health inspection!!

I ordered a cheese pizza and 5 garlic sauces last week. I paid for extra cheese and the 5 garlic sauces. As usual, they forgot to bring the garlic sauces I paid for. I called and spoke to the manager who said he’d issue me a refund, but of course, he didn’t. Also there were places on the pizza that were missing cheese, lots of dough bubbles. So the extra cheese I paid for was not provided either. Never again will I be ordering Papa John’s. Terrible pizza, terrible service. The drivers should check the order before they leave.

“Unacceptable Experience — You’ve Lost a Loyal Customer”

After giving this place multiple chances—despite repeated mistakes—this last experience sealed it: I will never order from here again. It’s hard to believe how consistently poor the service has become.

I’ve asked for square cuts, they send regular. I ask for well-baked, it arrives regular. I pay extra for dipping sauces, they don’t include them. But the worst part? I ordered delivery. When I called after over an hour of waiting, they told me it was on the way. Twenty minutes later, they suddenly tell me I have to pick it up myself.

And when I got there, everything was wrong again.

It’s like no one there cares. Staff standing around, delivery drivers moving like they’re on a time clock that rewards slowness. It’s pure chaos—and clearly no one is being held accountable.

It’s a shame, because we loved the flavor. But I won’t support a business that treats customers like this. You’ve officially lost us, and we’ll be switching to a competitor who actually values paying customers.

Extremely disappointed with our recent experience with a Papa John’s delivery driver. The driver hit our vehicle and tried to leave without saying anything—he only came back because our neighbor witnessed it and confronted him. When we spoke to him, he refused to provide his insurance or any personal information, showing no accountability for the damage caused.

To make things worse, all we received from Papa John’s was an email with a coupon — no call, no follow-up, no response from management. A coupon doesn’t fix a damaged car or excuse the lack of responsibility. This situation has been handled incredibly poorly, and we expected better from a company like Papa John’s.

I’ve ordered online at this papa John’s consistently just about every Friday for at least a year now but over the last 2 months service has gotten worst my online order is always incorrect I request square on a thin crust they give me a regular crust pizza with square cut or nothing square cut at all, very simple requests but it’s never correct I will Never order a pizza from this location again
