This was much different than what I have come to expect from Papa John’s. Both pizzas were over done. Order a large and a medium and pizzas seemed the same size, the large ended up being about 11inches instead of 14

I accidentally placed an order in this locations, I had multiple times pressing number 5 and no one answered, I finally got to speak with another employee using the prompt to order a pizza and was transferred to the manager, he was very very rude, asking for my name multiple times and saying he didn’t have an order there to cancel, I offered to give the order number and said he could not use it, he then was able to find it using my name, said he would cancel and just hung up, this was a male manager I spoke to, very rude.

Extremely terrible experience, I placed my order and asked for it to be delivered to my house so I stayed in my garden waiting and when I saw an unmarked car arriving at the house next door and I noticed that it was the delivery man of my order, believe it or not, delivering my order to the house next door but that was nothing because when I looked at the car I could not believe what I saw... a huge dog inside the delivery man's car so I simply asked him to go back to the store because I would not accept that delivery for hygiene reasons. mixing food to be delivered together with pets. nothing against pets as I have a small puppy but for hygiene reasons they do not mix.

10 out of 10! I placed my order 24 hours in advance for a company pizza party. The day of I called to just confirm and the automated system confirmed my order would be ready at the designated time. I arrived on time and was immediately greeted by a nice young lady who had my order hot and ready! My team loved the pizza!

racially profile kid ….Ordered pickup thru door dash for my son he walks in to collect two employees told him it does have that order in both attempts to collect the pick up ... i got out the car the make employee said he couldn't see the order in the system i had to wait on another employee to come off the phone... he gets off the phone walks away ans comes back after a third employee ask him to come to me... he then looked at my phone seeing the order and walked right to the shelf the others looked at picked it up handed it to me... couldn't find it in the system? or couldn't hand it to a black teen ... when his indian mom comes in displeased ... they found it ...... BS racially Profiled my child DISGUSTING ppl working there
Calvin has exceptional customer service. His attitude and smile were refreshing. I will be back and also, the store health rating is 100 which was another plus‼️

Tough location to access because you can only pull in easily if headed west bound. Ifeast bound you have to wait at a long light to turn left and then only after yielding to speeding east bound traffic to make a required U-turn.

Ordered the works pizza and some wings. The wings were good but the pizza hardly cooked cheese wasn't even melted. I am visiting in Atlanta and I would suggest no one order from this place.
