The order was for a veggie pizza, however what we got is a burnt pizza, with burnt smell all over it. This is really unfortunate as we did not order a burnt pizza. Additionally the service provided was really poor, I had requested the provider for an extra garlic sauce, which he mentioned is not free of charge, when i mentioned that has never happened in the past and the same store had provided if requested on occasion, however he was full of attitude and mentioned that is no longer an option.

I ordered a pizza waited over an hour and they delivered it to someone’s house. When I called the store and spoke with the manager, he said he couldn’t handle it and had to contact DoorDash or have his general manager the next morning try to resolve this. He didn’t apologize or try to help me in anyway. Save your money go to Pizza Hut or Domino’s.

I’m never eating papa John’s again. They need to stop using door dash, food is always cold when it arrives. It always takes over an hour to get here now and if you try tracking them on the papa John’s app their car just drives around random places (doing other orders before yours). Door dash driver that last came was filthy like he was just working in oil and had a car repair shirt on. I’m no longer using them if we can’t tip the actual workers of papa John’s. We don’t even select this as an option it just automatically happens now.

First of all it was hard to find, because the light wasn’t on. It was about 30 minutes before closing and so I got the end of everything. My order of Papidilla, steak and cheese and six piece wings was horrible. The wings were swimming and sauce and Grease. The Papadilla was soggy and no toppings no cheese and very wet looking. I will never order here again plus I sent feedback to get a refund and haven’t heard from anyone and it’s been two weeks. Yes, I still want a refund!

The person who serves should give him a customer service class so that he has better treatment with people, he was asked for the menu and he responded rudely that they did not have a menu and then in a rude manner he did not say that we should get out of the the table where we paid here I leave you a photo I couldn't take it from the front
