The submitted order was found to be incomplete, as the specified Pepsi bottle was absent. Additionally, the customer service encounter was unsatisfactory, marked by false assurances regarding the Pepsi credit and a promotional free pizza offer.

I just want to give a huge thank you to the team at Papa John’s — especially Nate and Stacey — for their excellent service and for truly going above and beyond to help me out of a pickle! Their kindness and professionalism turned my day around. You don’t see that kind of dedication often, and I really appreciate it.

My mom put a call in order delivery for 2 pizzas, when we got it they were completely wrong toppings. Used to love papa John’s but this the second time it’s happened very frustrating

Last few orders have not been the best the slices are cut right I got the New Shaq pizza is was a soggy mess I had to air fry every slice it seem like they don't know what they are doing

I'm a consistent customer and lately the service has been disappointing. The staff and GM are rude and dishonest. My last few orders have been less than quality. Most times the pizza looks unappealing. Cheese missing on several slices, as well as none to minimal sauce on the boneless chicken. I ordered 3 boxes of boneless chicken ,2 Chipotle and one buffalo, and all 3 came with no sauce apllied to them. I also had a few boxes of pizza that were missing cheese. I called in and complained to the manager, he said that I would get a credit for my entire order, I was so please. The next week I went to redeem my credits, and was told that I could only use my pizza credits and not the chicken. This was told to me by the general manager Miza. I asked why, she said the wings didn't count for the better pizza better quality promise, because they were sides! I spend $50 weekly to be highly dissatisfied. I'm thankful Pizza Hut has opened up near the dollar store off of Hwy 9. I'll take my business there for now on. These pictures were taking from previous orders as well as my order I've complained about.

Terrible experience with delivery. I did not realize that Papa Johns uses Door Dash for over 80% of its deliveries. This info was given to me by the employee I spoke to when I called to let them know part of our order was missing and that the delivery person refused to help in any way in either making a separate trip to to bring it back or even call the store to see what could be done. Every other pizza place I have ordered from, the driver will always bring something back to us if that's what we want, without hesitating. But I supposedly that's because they're employees and not Door Dash drivers. To add to it, the food was actually cold and needed to be heated up in order for us to eat it, and then part of the order was missing. The only good thing was the employee who helped me. She was super nice and was able to refund my money for the missing item. She let me know about the deliveries being by Door Dash and how many complaints they receive because of that at this particular store and another store she's worked at locally. In randomly speaking to a neighbor about this, she said they really liked Papa Johns pizza but haven't ordered from them in over a year because of the delivery service. Sadly, this will be the last time I order Papa Johns since there's not a Papa Johns store that's convenient for me to place a pick-up order.

The order was for a veggie pizza, however what we got is a burnt pizza, with burnt smell all over it. This is really unfortunate as we did not order a burnt pizza. Additionally the service provided was really poor, I had requested the provider for an extra garlic sauce, which he mentioned is not free of charge, when i mentioned that has never happened in the past and the same store had provided if requested on occasion, however he was full of attitude and mentioned that is no longer an option.

I ordered a pizza waited over an hour and they delivered it to someone’s house. When I called the store and spoke with the manager, he said he couldn’t handle it and had to contact DoorDash or have his general manager the next morning try to resolve this. He didn’t apologize or try to help me in anyway. Save your money go to Pizza Hut or Domino’s.
