I always have issues with this stores quality. Normally I'll just ignore it and just gripe and move on. This time around I did submit a complaint. The GM, Brittney, emailed me back with an offer for "store credit" and no clarification as to how I can use it. I assumed my papa John's account, Except I didn't order it using the papa John's app, so how would this store credit be applied? I replied with questions and have been waiting 5+ days for a response.

Glad I'm not the only who wants to give them 1 star. I didn't order from them but the lovely driver almost hit me when I was parking in the complex I live in. Apparently it was inconvenient when I started to back In and they whipped around the corner.

Worst service I’ve ever had at Papa John’s. I ordered a 16" XL pizza, and the short lady managing the store took my order. Instead of the XL, she gave me a small, pitifully large pizza and even forgot one of the toppings I paid for. When I went back to address it, she flat-out denied everything and was unbelievably rude. This place has the worst management—do yourself a favor and stay far away.

This location is the worst. App tracker says my pizza is already picked up? I go inside lady asks for name and says it’s not ready then disappears. 10 min later I had to ask a diff employee how much longer only to see it’s been sitting on the shelf ready to he picked up. All the employees there just don’t give a damn. Id stay away unless you want to be irritated

Ordered three cheese pizzas and a veggie pizza for birthday party and it was so nasty and bad. The veggie pizza upset my stomach and none of the kids liked the cheese pizza, the cheese on the pizza tasted bad.
Especially on Fridays, only 1 staff works and we, the delivery people, have to wait for minutes. We deliver customers' orders late and it does not affect our ratings. This situation is not good at all.

They forgot a topping and when I questioned them they were apologetic and extremely efficient at remaking a new one. No idea why this place has such bad reviews, in the past year of ordering here I've had nothing but positive experiences.
