Very nice!!! Ms. Dia is a true gem of various Culinary backgrounds ...she knows food - flavors and the matching pairing wines very indepth. Her new creation - which btw is within her French Bistro - is magnificent. Vietnamese Pho yeeeees!!!! Lets gooo for moooore ?

I really wanted to like this place. However!- nem (egg rolls): very salty and oily. I didn't have much hope for the texture, since it's hard to find the right rice paper here, but I was hoping the flavor was good. Nope. The saltiness just ruined it.- pho dac biet: the broth was okay, nothing memorable. Meats were not as good or plentiful as other restaurants. Same dried packaged noodles most places use. In short, I would suggest Gao fresh noodles restaurant for similar price, but you get fresh noodles and better meats. It's your average, meh pho place. Nothing "street food-y" or offensive or great here. Solid 7. My search for restaurants representative of Vietnamese cuisine continues.

This is the best pho in Alpharetta, hands down. Best bowl is the beef combo and can’t understate the absolutely delicious broth.

This restaurant is real. It shared the kitchen with French Gourmet Bistro. Ask that restaurant directly. Soup is different than another Pho restaurant nearby. It could be beef soup based. Special but nice.

Pho is perfection in a bowl! The broth is aromatic and full of exceptional flavor. The ability to personalize your Pho dish from a variety of fresh ingredients adds to the fun of creating a meal that you will enjoy.I paired my Pho Combo with the Grilled Chicken Banh Mi. It was my version of something I love which is soup and a sandwich. Delicious!

We picked up a meal yesterday of Pho Chicken, Tofu Vermicelli, Egg Roll (pork, mushrooms) and Spring Roll (shrimp, pork, vegs in a delicate rice paper). Everything was delicious. The seasonings in the hearty Pho broth complimented the grilled chicken, and the Tofu Vermicelli was a nice blend of rice noodles and vegetables. Pho & Co - pleasant people and good food.

Had the Pho Combo with filet mignon, brisket, meatballs, onion, rice noodles in beef broth with bean sprouts, lime, cilantro, etc.The flavors and the texture where fabulous. The beef broth was seasoned perfectly. I loved everythng in this dish and cannot wait to explore the rest of the menu.
