Came to Pho Town recently for dinner!

Food: For our appetizer, we ordered the Vietnamese Mini Pancakes and I was not a big fan of them. I was expecting a bit more flavor than what I received. For my drink, I ordered a Thai Tea and did not like the flavor that much. For our main entrées, we ordered and tried the Stir Fried Noodles with Shrimp, Vermicelli with Onion and Lemongrass Sautéed Chicken, Baguette Sandwich with Chicken, and Baguette Sandwich with Pork. The only entrée I didn't like much was the Lemongrass Chicken dish, but the rest were very delicious. I liked the Stir Fried Noodles with Shrimp the most! There was a lot of flavor packed into it.

Service: Our server was very kind and attentive. We were one of two tables at the restaurant so we got a lot of attention and were never left waiting for too long.

Atmosphere: It's a cute place but feels a little quiet. At times I was worried that we were being too loud since it was a bit empty.

Parking: Giant free parking lot.

I’ve been looking for more Vietnamese options near me because I live in Roswell and the pho options there are not good!! ! I love that they have the build your own pho option, which is priced very well. Food is good, service is wonderful, I will be back!

I ordered from this place three separate times, all different dishes.
I'm remaking my review as they decided to respond condescendingly, insinuating I don't know what vermicelli is.

To correct them, I know what it is and am not bothered by it.

And to point out that they intentionally ignored the other complaints such as:
The chicken was cold, smelled and tasted overwhelmingly of shrimp, and was rubbery and dry.
The lemongrass sauce was just brown water. I know what lemongrass tastes like, it is one of my favorite ingredients as I have both Thai and Vietnamese family members that cook with it.
I don't expect that quality of cooking, but I do expect a semblance of lemongrass when I order a lemongrass dish and for it not to be swimming in flavorless, brownish water.
And don't state that I, the customer, should have to specify what lemongrass tastes like in my order just to receive it. Lemongrass is naturally somewhat sweet and has a bit of tang to it - since the restaurant clearly doesn't know.

Don't try to excuse the poor quality of that meal. It tasted like water, it was rubbery, and disgusting.

The restaurant was very clean and had a quality feel. The booth seat was new and comfortable.The summer rolls were so good. We ordered a second round.The chicken pho was great.The only downside was that they sold drinks by the can.I will 100% be back.

We have been to Pho Town twice now and each time the restaurant was immaculate. I don't think I have ever been to a restaurant that was cleaner than this one.My husband and I got the Pho Tai (our own bowls). I'm glad we did because it was too delicious to share! The broth was perfect, the meat was cooked to perfection, the amount of herbs/spices was great. I add in basil as well as jalapenos, but it didn't need it.The servers are very kind and the best level of attentive. They come around just enough to ensure you are pleased with your meal, and to provide refills if you get anything besides water, but not so much where you feel like they are rushing you out.It is a very quiet, relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely keep going back.
