The woman working today was so pleasant and helpful. It was my first time in but it definitely won't be my last! I got a perfect slice of chocolate cake and it was amazing! Very light and airy cake with a rich chocolate frosting- the perfect combination! The only thing I regret is not having a glass of cold milk to wash it down! Delicious cake, great service!

We were looking for a custom cake for my daughter’s 16th birthday, although this store doesnt offer custom decorating, only flavors, outside color of the cake and flavor to your liking in between layers -‘im so glad, we opted out of paying premium over $200 for a cake and got this one instead. The cake looked beautiful, the taste was absolutely amazing, not overly sweet like most cakes, moist but not too wet, just absolutely perfect! Its dangerous, when the cake is not overly sweet and is just so good, because i could prob eat the entire cake by myself!?Also, unlike most cake places, where they need a week, two week notice, this was super duper fast, all they wanted was one day prior to your event!! Everyone, we encountered at the Alpharetta location was supper helpful and sweet, I felt welcomed and my questions were not annoying them. Very very happy and will be back!!

This is the best cake around! I come twice a week for my fix. And Brigitte provides the best service and always has a smile on her face, which I have come to appreciate on stressful days. Do yourself a favor and give them a try, you won’t regret it!

Wow this place has really gone downhill. I ordered in advance or White Chocolate Cake for Christmas Day this year and it was so dry, again!! So disappointing to have dry stale cake for Christmas!!!

Now I rarely eat sweets but for some reason I was called into this establishment today. I was warmly greeted by Tiffany❤️ She is the sweetest person. Excellent customer service and spirit!! I purchased 2 items. The Red Velvet is to die for ??? OVERALL ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Definitely RECOMMEND!!!
This place is so delicious. I ordered my birthday cake with Miss Tiffany and everyone was so pleased with the taste in the presentation. You guys are amazing will come again.

We ordered a cake for our daughters birthday based upon a recommendation from a friend. This was THE driest cake I have ever had! The friend who recommended the cake ate it as well and said it was not the quality she is used to. So disappointed!! I emailed the store and did not receive ANY response! Not sure if it was a bad day or what happened but with all of the other options available I will not be ordering from here again.

The experience here is 10/10 each time as expected. Ms. Jackson clearly loves her job. Her personality and that smile makes you comfortable to ask any and anything. She introduced me to more than I would ever think on eating. I’ve never tasted a bad cake from in there as the cakes are moist and have the right amount of sweet. Exceptional customer service and eats at the Alpharetta location.

My 6yo son specifically requested a S'mores cake for his birthday party. After searching online and considering making it myself, I was so pleased to find that Piece of Cake offered a S'mores cake. I ordered it 5 days in advance and received a confirmation. Got a call from the store 30mins prior to the time I was supposed to pick up the cake that they don't have that kind of cake. I realize that there may be a disconnect between the corporate office and local store but the part that upsets me the most is that they didn't inform me sooner that they could not fulfill my order. That is just terrible business. I had to talk my son 3 hours before his party that we would t be able to have that cake and instead had to go to the grocery store to pick out something much more basic. The store did cancel my order but it really did not seem they took this mistake all that serious. If you are ordering online from this store I would recommend calling them in advance to confirm.
