I had ordered Pizza online. After the Pizza Hut app notified me it was ready for pick up, I started from my house. 10 minutes later I reach there to find out that they never made the pizza. When I asked why, it was a very casual “I think it was too many tickets and we just skipped yours”. Extremely disappointed with the experience.

This Pizza Hut is always on point! Rachel has the best customer service that I've seen in a long time. The entire staff is great. I've never gotten a bad order nor food yet. Everything is always fresh, tasty, hot and fast. My husband and I appreciate you all! Thank you Pizza Hut for having an awesome crew!
