The food was incredibly fresh and they provided a lot of menu options and customizations. The staff were also very helpful for first time poke bowl enjoyers. The art was also quite nice as well. Would definitely eat there again and again!

I get that the drink was free because of a promotion, but what’s not free is my time. I didn't even know it was free! Lol. I only ordered delivery because I have a respiratory infection and didn’t want to go out. Whether it was free or not, it was part of my order and now I have to go out which at thet point I could have just gone here myself. If you offer something in a promo, please still make sure it’s included. Its not a big deal but like its a bit annoying om top of everything else I have going on. Thanks for listening to my rant.

Great place, great vibes and great food!!! Fresh ingredients and the poke bowls are wonderful...bobas are refreshing and you must try the bulgogi... very very good and a lot of fresh toppings too

This has been one of my favorite poke places for years! I frequented this spot for lunch on the daily but recently (meaning within the last 3 months) each time I visit the location after 2pm they’re freaking closed. No notes, no updates on google to show that the place is closed. The website still even allows you to order online if the store is closed!!! It’s so disappointing because the poke is fresh and delicious and the service was always great. But I just can’t continue to waste my time and gas driving to a location that’s almost never open. It’s so frustrating. Hoping they can improve on their hours and hoping they have enough staffing to keep the store open. Always loved this place!

“Missing Protein – Disappointing Experience”
I ordered a poke bowl and was really looking forward to it, but when I got home, I realized none of the proteins were included. Just rice, toppings, and sauce. No tuna, salmon — nothing. It completely ruined the meal. This isn’t the first time there’s been a mistake either. Really frustrating when you’re paying for premium ingredients and don’t get them.

I’ve given this place a few chances, but this was the last straw. Ordered a poke bowl with 2 proteins — got zero. Just a bowl of rice and veggies. No refund or replacement offered. If you care about quality or getting what you pay for, be careful with this place.

This Poké place offers a great option for fresh, healthy, and customized poke bowls. But it does have other choice like udon, beef bowl, .. my fav is shrimp tempura rolls! With its diverse range of ingredients, friendly service, reasonable prices it’s a great place that fit everyone to enjoy!

Poke Factory absolutely blew me away! I had the shrimp tempura with udon, and it was a 10/10 experience — the tempura was perfectly crispy and fresh, and the udon broth was rich, comforting, and bursting with umami in every sip. We also tried the spicy pork with rice, which was hearty and satisfying, but what really stood out was the miso soup — hands down one of the best I’ve had. And just when I thought the meal couldn’t get any better, the cookies and cream boba, the perfect sweet finish to an already incredible food.
