Just got a reply from this wonderful company, so I'm going to edit my reply to add more, in case you're considering going!
I eat here ~1-3 times a week, depending on work stress, in office, and adhd hyperfixations. I cannot stress how much this place has my favorite shrimp tempure and poke bowls. They're fresh, amazing ingredients, and decent prices.
I also highly respect that they gave their employees Thanksgiving WEEK off. This place is near a mall. This is how you treat staff, if it's what they collectively wanted. I'm not sure what they did for Christmas/ Hanukkah as I worked from home primarily that time, but I trust it was to the employees benefits.
All this to say, great food, wonderful staff (always super nice), and I've felt like a regular for months whether I'm ordering takeout or dining in.
Vegetarian options: Tofu is an option on their bowls!

I’ve been coming here for about 3-4 years now, the Poke is always fresh and I’ve never had an issue with an order. They also have a small up charge (.25) to put your protein in another container, which comes in handy as i cant have raw fish. Shockingly, the other poke restaurants around this area either give you a hard time when asking for this, or don’t offer it (even for an up charge). My husband and I love this place and have no problem making the 30 minuet drive to get to it.
Vegetarian options: You can order a dish with no fish/ protein if you’d like. I don’t believe they will take anything off the price.

Try the PF Special Sushi. Everything is always so fresh, but they don't just serve Pokè. The gym next door is too noisy, and there's nothing soft to absorb the sound.

Beyond cheap on their meat. If you want to see the worlds smallest scoops of mean, stop by this place. They’ll load you up on rice though

We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon, parking right in front. Bright, clean and lots of tables. Service was quick and friendly. We shared a bowl of the Miso Ramen Soup and Beef Bulgogi with side of Miso Soup. Both dishes were flavorful and delicious! We’ll add this to the rotation of regulars.
