I’ve been here a few times and every time I go there is always this guy who is working who is absolutely so rude for no reason. I would understand if he’s having a bad day but he is always so mad like if you don’t want a job don’t work. Last time I went I sat down to wait for the food because there was a huge line and when he called my name 20 minutes later I didn’t hear. A few minutes later I walked up to see if he was finally done. He called my name again and I went up and he said under his breath “about time” like I was the one waiting on you. He was so rude for no reason and I just avoid going there from now on. He also gets mad whenever I order food like yes I am ordering food at a place that sells food.

Absolutely disgusting. There was a black hair in my food, I went to take it back and I got argued with by the girl with black hair, down and not tied back. Absolutely insane, horrible customer service.

I went here a while ago, and It was the best!! The food was delicious, but what really made the visit special was the incredible service from Meryem. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely made me feel welcome the whole time with her patience and attentiveness! Will definitely be visiting again!

So I was just waiting in line for them to open and the owner told me he doesn’t like people to be waiting in the line when they aren’t open hr was very rude about it I was didn’t bother him or tell him anything as I knew he was opening and getting stuff ready there was no need for the rude remark

I would give zero stars to this place if that was an option.
Really bad customer service . And frozen fries that are tossed into old oil.
Worse is the quantity - they cheat by charging $9 for giga sized fries that actually come in a cone paper inside a big box and half the space in the box is empty - complete deception and all that money for a size of fries that would compare to medium fries from any other chain.

I had a genuinely disappointing experience during my visit. I simply asked to use the hand sanitizer that was clearly sitting on the counter—something that appeared to be for customer use. However, the employee responded rudely and bluntly said “NO,” then moved the bottle away without any explanation. It felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. Whether it was a bad day or something personal, there was no reason to treat a customer that way. Definitely not the kind of service I expected.
Alice helped me with my order and i left extremely happy. Great food, great service, and the fries were seasoned just right!

This place is so good. Their food is delicious. The service we had was amazing. The servers, Yusuf, and Meryem served us with care and love they listened to exactly what we wanted and recommended what they think we would like the most. My friend and I ordered the chili barbecue fries for context. Amazing experience 10 out of 10 would recommend. LOVE THIS PLACE GO TO IT!!

Worst experience ever. I was in line to pick up my order when the person preparing and delivering the French fries called a name that sounded similar to mine, but it wasn’t actually my name. The guy then rudely shouted at me, saying, “If I call your name, you come closer, otherwise don’t come closer.” Is this how they treat customers? They’re not offering any free food here—I paid for my order!
