Worst experience ever. I was in line to pick up my order when the person preparing and delivering the French fries called a name that sounded similar to mine, but it wasn’t actually my name. The guy then rudely shouted at me, saying, “If I call your name, you come closer, otherwise don’t come closer.” Is this how they treat customers? They’re not offering any free food here—I paid for my order!

I brought my robotics team of 10 to have lunch at the mall, and this store’s food was impeccable! I ordered Cinnamon and Sugar mixed with Cheddar on the tater tots and I will definitely be ordering the same thing again next time. The guy with glasses and a bowl cut was super responsive and helpful when reccomending the flavor and I loved it!
